Thanks for the WU Mahi...I don't even know how you got though with it, with all this replacement news out...*SIGH*

I have been trying for the past several hours to be positive about the new girl, but honestly it's like I am lying to myself. It was Pratyusha who had the small little details of Anandi's body language done to a pat...the feelings for Shiv that grew over time that have changed that old body language, but still have remained essentially Anandi...this isn't like when Gopi was replaced (even the original had her consummation scene done before her replacement!) or even Tulsi, Kusum, or Mohnish from KTLK. If anything it was a bad idea when Ekta did it to Tulsi, she ended up having to bring her back, Kkusum just went to a downward slope after being replaced the first time. As for Mohnish Behl, I felt never he did justice to the romancing required in the show, in fact I was uncomfortable watching him uncomfortably romance Nidhi, I was actually glad for the replacement. It was needed (no offense intended to Mohnish fans), but I was more comfortable watching Sharad play Dr. Ashutosh as a viewer as well as the fact that Mohnish barely played Dr. A for 3-4 months. Going back to Gopi Bahu, well frankly she is not iconic or as well developed as Anandi. I think Anandi is one of the few iconic characters on television in today's time where shows don't last longer than 1-2 years. No other female lead character is as well written, developed as Anandi, thanks to the writers and Pratyusha's apt portrayal.

Now AnSh will look like a typical couple, since this new Anandi is taller...I actually liked that Anandi was shorter, petite while Shiv was tall, broad-shouldered...it made them look different from other couples on all other shows. They were not a typical couple, yet everybody fell in love because they were so real and relatable, not only in terms of looks of them together but as well as their character portrayals...

...I am not trying to offend the positive individuals, but honestly esp after watching today's episode, I don't think I can enjoy watching BV as much...I will try to keep watching...probably for Shiv...but honestly I don't think I can enjoy Shiv without his original jodi. It will be too heartbreaking to watch him romance someone new...I rather watch CVs drag AnSh storyline than to see Pratyusha be replaced. I KNOW I KNOW...blasphemy and all, but honestly at least original AnSH magic would be there twinkling like hope throughout the episodes...

...I think I shall be e-mailing Sphere Origins about my deep disappointment. I have already commented on Colors webpage...

This was suppose to be an exciting moment for us as viewers, ab to excitement ka pura hawa nikal chuka hain. Well at least for me. 😕

What an episode.. Fantastically awesome.. I was so excited to watch it, only to come to the forum to read the news about Prats leaving the show.. 😭 AnSh will never be the same without Pratyusha and Sid.. Great AnSh scenes today.. Shiv was simply adorable with his "hurt puppy" looks.. ❤️

I am depressed.😭

Can anyone tell me what this obsession is with consummation?!? They make it seem like they are the last couple on earth who can consummate and the human race will end if they dont! I cant ever imagine having such a conversation with my mother...how do you even start such a conversation ... "Oh beta that's a nice hair cut, by the way how's the whole consummation thing going?" !!!!!!!!!!

Loved the way Shiv was prompting Anandi to express her feelings. Their scene was naturally romantic.. Anandi's bright dress, Shiv's eagerness, tree leaves moving in the breeze, positivity of Basnth Panchami day, Shiv's jeep at the background, .. I loved everything.. It was sad to see Anandi saying Bye.

IRA, what happened to your brain!!! If you're that much concerned, why don't you talk to your son first !! How do you know for sure, is there any problem at all !!! Take back your daughter and pack ANSH for honeymoon. Thats it!! 😡

I felt depressed watching the episode because of all the news of P quitting the show.I am not a fan of Pratts but still it would be difficult to get used to seeing Anandi with a new face.

Sid was quite good with his childlike eagerness and pouts in his efforts to extract her confession of her love for him.

My hope rests on Sid now and I hope he convinces us with his performance that the new girl he is romancing is non other than our dearly beloved Anandi.This will be a test to his acting skills too.

If he can create the same magic with this new girl then we can say he has succeeded as an actor.

I hope he rises up to the occasion and prove that character is bigger than an actor.
