Agree with u Yashi !! I think many of members here in the forum has taken Shiv's promise not to touch her quite literally :P When he made that promise, he meant he wouldn't try to be physically intimate with her, but that does mean that they cannot be physically affectionate with each other. Physical touch doesn't have to be romantic or sexual, it can also be for comfort or to express affection. Shiv in his own way is just trying to get Anandi used to him, so she knows how much he loves and desires her so she is able to get over her insecurities and fear.

After watching couple of times, I feel the below.
After Shiv talking to Jagya over phone its very obvious that Shiv is feeling very worried and concerned for Ganga, but when Anandi asked him the same, he didn't reply anything wrt Ganga..,
I think after listening to ganga's story Shiv might have definitely felt that, Anandi has also so much past of Balya Vivah, past wrt Heth singh's etc..which he does not know to the details, and may be he definitely want to know it from Anandi, Anandi's story too...thats why may be he said, we should know each other completely...though he said, I know you good enough when Anaadi was about to go to pray. May be he thinks he knows her good enough, but not completely enough which could be related to she coming close to him also.., May be its hint that, they should share more details with each other and become more close to each other..,the look is different this time, he looked little painful rather intimate this time.., The way Shiv holds her hands is very beautiful..., It reminded me the way he held her hand on the rainy day when he gifted the wind-chimes..,

Actually Iam also watching BV from post Ansh engagement, but covered most of episodes after Shiv entry to BV, I also don't know the real suffering Anandi went thru in childhood and with Jagya, except from some flash backs couple of episodes here and there..,

But If I remember BV, according to me the turning point for Shiv that he decided to marry Anandi was the day when he came to know that she is Baalika Vadhu, and the conversation where he saluted her..,
Any "man" would be very proud and might deeply want to invite an woman of that stature into his Life and give her all the happiness that she deserves for...being him knowing her for some time...it was much easier,desirable for him to say yes, the next day itself when Dadisa kept that proposal infront of him, his joy knew know bounds.
Though he knows that Anandi did not accept with her heart when she pleaded him to marry after her mothers death., he said ok..with all his confidence that he can win her over ..with all his love for her...,and more desperately he wanted to take care of her.

Lets see that confidence of leading this relationship till he wins over heart continues without putting any pressure on her...,
Though I can see the pressure developing around Anandi from all the sides, but for not Shiv Annadi can not handle those pressures...and definitely the least would I want is Shiv putting pressure on her...

Shiv is a pervert.. He just wants to sleep with anandi ASAP.

I am glad that at least Shiv is taking some initiative or else this serial will keep dragging!
