Some people here say that J is swinging like a pendulum between being selfish and normal. Is it not human nature to be like this. No one is good or bad consistently. His selfishness is due to his immaturity and helplessness. Once if he gets over that to a great extent he will be a good sweet person. During this process we would see lot of wavering. This is like real life. Only in movies when a person reforms , he does it over night after realizing his mistakes. In real life it takes several steps like

If gauri had this i dont care attitude during jagya's previous rain stunt things would have been so much diff today

mocking bird i am disagreeing with you especially for the blue part .first all he didnt use Gauri and left her ..she used him like a tool for her revenge ..broke his trust big time yes he too once lied to her but not to use her for his selfish purposes and please for that one lie he has tolerated her too much .its not like this is her first mistake she did many but each time without her asking forgiveness or not he didn't leave her for what for her love .she loves him now when the reality opened to him for what for she did that ...then what you expect him to do .?and then she is not accepting her mistake throwing it back on his face yes i did now what you will do even using these words i don't care for you and making sure to him neither she is sorry for her action neither care for him .. loving a person at his worst is love but then you have faith trust that person will change but here that trust breaks so what a person should do ?😕

@Mahi n Hina. I will try to explain why I feel so. Please understand my attempt is not to show that I am right and your reasoning is incorrect. It is basically how I have understod the whole issue. And as I said earlier,I will be more than happy if Jagya truly redeems himself.

When Jgaya left Anandi,he blamed Bal Vivah and his parents decision for this. Agreed,even though even today,I do not feel Bal Vivah was the only reason for him to leave Anandi. But,I will accept his explanation.

He married Gauri. He ran after her auto,sat in front of her house,drenching in rain, hid his marriage to Anandi and ultimately made her get married to him. Agreed. Here no Bal Vivah and no parental pressure were at play. He was free to do what he did.

When you marry a person, you accept him/her wholeheartedly. I mean, since we are not perfect,we accept all the good qualities alongwith the bad ones. And since we love each other, we try to correct the bad qualities in whatever way we deem fit. I never saw him doing that with Gauri. He allowed himself to be led by her whether to ask for a share in the property or to sprinkle bibhuti. He never stood on his ground and said this is wrong and I will not do it. Then suddenly one day he discovered that Gauri has lied to him about Bhairon's help. He was shocked beyond belief. Agreed. But, he ,himself had never told the truth to Gauri about his marriage to Anandi. Was that in any way a lie in any small measure?When I said, I cannot understand why he left Gauri ,I meant precisely this. You have told her a lie as heinous as hers. So do not try to blame her. I would have appreciated if he would have paused and spared a thought on this as well. But,he did not do that but,decided to leave her.

Now he wants to apologize to all. Fine. He comes and sees Anandi getting engaged and withdraws.

While going to the bar, he recalls the fight with Shiv. It would have been better had he recalled the advice that Shiv gave him and acknowledged that he was indeed,correct. A repenting man would have thought of all the advices he received whenever he faulted.

Next when he visits the haveli he blurts out a lie. Why? Why he cannot tell the truth? If he has come to apologise let him face their wrath as well. Telling a lie and getting caught only worsens the situation and kills whatever little sympathy he could have garnered.

If you study the growth of his character,you will know,he has always got what he wanted. He has never tolerated any opinion which went against his thought and wants. He used Dadisa's love to get his wants met when he was a child and when he grew up he had Anandi to fight his case of higher studies with his parents. He wanted to marry Gauri without properly closing his first marriage. He always had his way and never tolerated any hindrance. This time around also he will try to do that once he gets well, that is my take. And to do that he will stick to Jaitser and win back some of the family members if not all.

Lastly, I am a bit cynical when I deal with such type of people like jagya. As I had said earlier, we tend to look at people the way our own life has taught us to. I would like to study him further,may be ten times more before I can safely conclude that he has come back for good.

Actually good that Shiv knows about J's return before Anandi. That way he will be able to handle Anandi and the situation well. But, why does CM have to know ? How does BS know about Jagya ? Good the CVs are not keeping Shiv away from Jagya. So, all will be settled before marriage.

Bharon also finds out about DS sneaking out. Good.. So, DS cannot hide Jagya from anyone now.
