i am usually just a silent reader and only comment sometimes but this topic made me want to comment ...

seriously speaking how can anyone forgive that man????? he does not deserve anything. he is a self-serving, bigotted, covert- aggressive, manipulative, narcissistic MCP with an impaired concience. the whole singh family and Anandi are better off without his negative presence. no matter what they show, as a viewer am totally detached from this character and cannot feel any sympathy towards him... he could come back to his family and be their ladesar, gauri can also be accepted and their kid could grow up in the haveli, but anandi should not take him back (remember how he mentally abused her before getting the courage to tell anandi that he loved gauri, the taunts, the baseless accusations, his SR with gauri in the haveli and the most henious of all - he wanted to throw that vibhuti during anandi's mother's shrad)... if anandi does accept him, then will lose all respect for her...

now this is my last reply shallu calling "dear" is not personal attack . u r the one who make first topic in bv forum why so many topics of gauri and that topic was personal attack on members .if any one is cricticizing gauri that does not mean that person is attacking member .if anyone mock on indian mentality every body will feel bad .no will tolerate this.so think before u write

I think now I am beginning to understand why certain (to my mind crazy) characters who I think are plain greedy, grabby get-what-I-want-by-any-means-sorts ALSO have such an ardent fan following.

There is an intrinsic similarity in the thought pattern and execution of these people on screen and their supporters on this forum and I feel equally lost with them both. But there is a definite similarity here - of that I have no doubt !

Hope someday I can actually understand why Anandi shud forgive J but a viewer cannot do so even in thought 😆
