Its pretty simple... 'she has been bonded with Jagaya for so long ..he was her best friend , her husband , her love and I think its very easy to say but in real life very difficult to hate a person you once loved ...someone who was really close to your heart and you had been with him since childhood ...the pain of losing a dear one is very difficult to overcome and to leave that person in trouble go to hell I don't care for you almost impossible...'it's very humanly quality which every human being have for his dear one no matter how much strong you are .and no matter if that person cheated you ...'being strong doesn't make you stone hearted if you are stone hearted that doesn't mean you are strong but very weak because you cannot feel pain and face your feelings ...tears do dwell in your eyes and you will feel sad .. you cannot ever say go to hell to that person you once loved from depths your heart'...you will always have a part which will make you wish all the bad happened between you and your beloved would never have happened and you will always have one caring side towards that person...'these are no filmy dialogues but a fact ..we might not be able to understand it well for that we need to go through something similar and i pray no one ever will have to separate from his dear one .. coming to Anandi like she herself said tonight how much pain Jagaya has given to her he has also given her good times .which balances all ..true ...those good memories which still bring smile on her face there are many of them ..all the good times with him she was remembering one by one 'and neither Anandi is that type of a person who can easily forget that person who does one good deed for her and if Jagaya has done wrong with her he has also done a lot good to her as well ..how many times he saved her ..how many times he supported her so if she cared for him tonight I didn't find it weird ..its absoultely justified seeing her nature and her kindness of heart , her love for him and its absolute natural humanly action done from her ...if Jagaya whose love is like pendulum for Anandi can come leaving everything to save Anandi from goons, saved her from fire , run like mad towards her when she met with accident etc it means he care for her then how can Anandi whose love was always true for him easily forget all and say go to hell to him and not to care for him 'and this from no angle make her weak or lose her self respect' ...infact her today's action raised her respect and made Jagaya ashamed of himself the way he was looking at her with guilt in his eyes visible when the police inspector made that comment ..the woman he is going to divorce is giving his assurety 'first time seeing ...and I think her today's action proved she is a strong woman whose love was true for Jagaya ..despite whatever he has done she still cares for him'and also she is not the one we call ''ehsaan faramosh '' that's her strength not her weakness ...and i think Jagaya too doesn't hate Anandi ..he says... trying to reject her but if he really hates her then why he is devastated on divorce ?...drowning himself in alchohol ...being so sad ...😆even he cannot deny and completely reject the good times he spend with her and so many good things she has done for him ...all that is eating him from inside and he is in pain ...

In our earlier debate, I had predicted this wall. Ofcourse at that time I overlooked the idea of her not being able to trust love again. But I am sure its not her esteem. She forgave Jagiya, always did, went on to achieve things. She has always overlooked insults of the vilagers during reforms, loosing her patience once at daiyan incident. She is thick-skinned. It is Jagya and Gauri think skinned. gauri who couldn'tb take insults in Jaitsar and Jagya in Mumbai. Don't look at Anandi's quietness as a weakness. One should keep your calm at any cost and realize that certain things are not worth replying.

Its very interesting to read everybody's POV about anandi, however I also feel that its strange that she is still crying over the divorce and her legal parting with J. Tinoo and Khusi rightfully said that it was over a long time ago and all this emotional crying should have happenned when J first brought home Gauri and got her pregnant. At this point anandi should be actually out of love and mourning stage and should be looking forward to the divorce. It takes six months for a person to start coming out of grief after a loved one passes away and in this case its been five years since he left her and cheated her as well as humiliated her constantly for all those years.

Hi i am new to this forum but a regular follower. Evn I am very disappointed the way anandi is shown. She preaches people, encouraged asha for remarrige, supported sugna, fuli, and many women but she is not applying the same principle to her own life. It is very easy to give prawachans to others but very difficult to set her own self into those principles. She is shown as a double standared woman. I am losing respect for her.
