Later they had physical relations back in haveli too. Jagya changed after he got attracted/infatuated towards Gauri.

No they had husband wife relationship and Jagya was in love with Anandi too..they had nice honeymoon..lots of romance in keth, rooftop, kitchen etc etc. later he cheated on her living and sharing room with Gouri even before marriage and later married Gouri without giving divorse to Anandi.
