my huby is in medical...how many cases you want to know boht huby and wife in same team and they specialy trnasfered eacother on same because this way they are able to stay and be with echother same time wihout effecting thier prffesional level...so well i dotn think their is any such rule...and if rule is their darling then yet..here in india no hsopital or clinic is following it then

I agree with you that maybe its not being followed. But if a patient decides to sue the hospital for medical negligence or malpractice, then whoever is doing that is in a soup. Apart from biased treatment wherein a patient can easily win a law suit for malpractice(alternatively beat both of them up) , I would not like that the entire sharma verma etc clan ( just an example) know what problems I have. But saying that in massive hospitals for eg in L, F (Mumbai), as far as I have seen the form does have questions to that effect. Of course, cant guarantee it everywhere. Thank you. I have not taken the full name to protect the identity.

hey!sweet you changed your q complitely...you were asking about rules whether coules can work in same tem or not...but now what you are asking is different...if a couple working as team and if any patience is effected then they will go throught the case 1st...tou if any such things come they ahve other members also in team...and they discuss it on seprate in their staff room...and then take the decision and if yet because of their perosnal level they taking wrong decisoin and then it effects the patience then actions is being taken on that perosn who streesed on it..not complusory both will be thrown out...and its not one Dr. who takes the decision on major part...they have to report about the condition of patience to the head of the dr. evry day and he reads the reposrt and their decison they have writen donw and if the head dr. find it good he says to go on anhe tou he himself sees to it and then give the decision what to do and what not ot do

Actually, this i believe to be true. Yes, gauri has just joined a month ago, but she managed her M.S. academic program very, very smartly and got a lot of breaks to assist major surgeons so she has a lot more exposure than the average M.S. from Charak Medical Institute might.
If you remember, they were going on a treat for a movie once, and just at that time, the dean had called gauri in, and told her that the medical management was very impressed with her and that she could assist a top surgeon who had come to Bombay with a highly complex surgery which 99.9% of surgeons dont get to experience. At that time, she didnt go to the movie and proceeded to surgery, and then jagya got frustrated and went to a bar and got drunk. She was the only student at SNG given this opportunity.
Another time, gauri was in a rush in the morning, because the dean had called her early in the morning and told her to report to the surgical theatre quickly because a very senior surgeon had come to do something and he had got permission for gauri to be in the operation theatre. (the only student once again.) Then jagya kept trying to delay her and telling her to eat breakfast with him -- and it was greasy alu parathas and dahi -- and gauri ran out the door saying she didnt want to waste time on breakfast, and anyway she didnt want to eat such heavy food and she grabbed two fruits from kunda tai's kitchen and left. And he was stuck remembering when he had abused anandi for serving him alu parathas with ghee and telling her she didnt know anything about good health. 😆😆
Then a third time, when anandi became sarpanch, again she ran out because she was getting some very special opportunity and jagat kept begging her to stay with him and she said no, she had a special opportunity to assist someone. Then she went on the road, and found she had forgotten her purse, and came back to find jagat chatting with anandi about her sarpanch position😆😆
So, I cant comment on the extent of gauri's knowledge, but the dean definitely got her lots of breaks to assist in rare complex surgeries, many many more than the average M.S. student would have access to -- the other students just did run of the mill surgeries as part of their practical exams to complement their theoretical studies.
It is quite possible that all these experiences helped her to get an edge over others to get a job in SNG.

That's a very good point, Tinoo! I think in today's cutthroat competitive environment, it's very impressive for someone to be able to stand out from all the others with a similar qualification in that way, and Gauri has successfully managed that.

What happens if the colleagues get married?
Or is there another rule that they should not marry?

If this is reality , I am surprised. More over in a relation like Reportee and supervisor , where supervisor have more then one reportee at office ... and husband and wife at home..
Even at non intersecting job. I can digest,, but Not this one..
I think going to treatment in MNC hospital is better then the Indian Ones..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
. Let me chick if Ap**lo also have such a policy.. .. I am a member there.. 😒..
But My company provides me the helathcare formApollo. I believe they would be having smart policies...
Private owned clinic are different. Couple can do that, that does not come under this type of team...

While writting S/W for health care we follow smart HR policies. We avoid biased teams as we believe Health care segment is oneof the critical segment. A thinker in Biased team can not provide the safe solution..
💔 For the industry we are sacrificying our nights, our personnel lifes, They are providing us biased teams just because they want to spend more time together. Aren't we human. Dont we want to spend time with each other..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
In my industry, We spend 10/12 hrs on Comp, writting code... few more hrs, to keeping in touch with new technology.. We get only 5-6 hrs together, that too when we sleep... Our personnel life is worst in weekdays.. Even brother and sister can spend more time together, then us.. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
