But if a patient decides to sue the hospital for medical negligence or malpractice, then whoever is doing that is in a soup. Apart from biased treatment wherein a patient can easily win a law suit for malpractice(alternatively beat both of them up) , I would not like that the entire sharma verma etc clan ( just an example) know what problems I have. But saying that in massive hospitals for eg in L, F (Mumbai), as far as I have seen the form does have questions to that effect. Of course, cant guarantee it everywhere. Thank you.
