Jokes aside, in reality, I think anandi feels nothing for him. that is why she did this in such a clinical fashion.

If she did have feelings for shiv, she would not have gone thrugh with this massage, I think she would have been very conscious of touching him... and she would simply have guided him to massage water into his own hair if she wanted to be helpful. She is behaving with him as if she behaves with Nandu.
