mansi u r saying because u r a girl aur girl ke liye death mein koi rules and regulation nahi hote pur suppose koi ladka chootti leke aata hai pur jub jaise hi uske chooti khatam hoti hai waisi hi ghar mein kisi ki death ho jaati hai to phir agar woh hindu hoga to woh 13 days tuk rookega aur uske baad woh office jaata hai to boss usko 13 din baad late aane ke vajah nikaal dega kya.

The dean did not remove him from the M.S. program to punish him or be vindictive.

The dean removed him because of his irresponsible attitude.

agreed. even jab jagat ko mumbai mein dadisa ki call aaya tha for meeting badi masi usne ek bar bhi badi maasiji ke bare mein nahi socha tha instead he thought that ki yahi mauka hai jab mein apne parivar ko phir se pa sakta hoon.

Not necessarily ... the dean knew that there is some family problem... so he will not see it fit to disturb someone. I mean if I had a husband-wife working for me and the husband had left because of some family problem... I would naturally call the wife only ... unless she told me to call her husband directly.

Also, I dont think it is the dean's job to track down jagat and beg him to sit for exams. It is the other way around. Jagat should respectfully ask him to sit for exams.

I dont know of any dean who goes around calling his adult students saying "please please please sit for exams."

who is bigger? dean or jagat?

jisko zaroorath hoti hai, wohi insaan dusre ke paas jaata hai.

Dean ko zaroorath hai ya jagat ko zaroorat hai apni M.S. complete karne ki?

the dean forgave both of them ONCE. after that gauri did not miss classes. Jagya missed classes two more times for long durations.

Gauri did not miss classes, she went to jayetsar the same day yelled at bapusa and returned the same day.

As far as why gauri was not prosecuted for not following rules and regulations

1. gauri did it with good intentions to save a patient.

2. the patient did not die

3. the patient did not prosecute and instead requested that gauri should not be punished.

Jagat on the other hand -

1. did not care about professionalism

2. his patients whom he left unattended without proper handover could have died

3. Jagat did not explain his reasons at all. He just showed an unrepentant attitude to the dean.

One of the members on the committee had already let him go for prescribing wrong medicine for a patient even though the file clearly said the patient was allergic to that medicine. He has also been given forgiveness for not following rules and regulations once.

Today he did this behind her back. Tomorrow he will come and talk to admin behind her back. Then he will speak to the head of the hospital behind her back.

Then gauri will receive a notice saying she is being transferred to bangalore -- taa daah! surprise!!

and he had no business introducing himself as gauri's husband and saying "we are moving to bangalore" and being so specific and saying that gauri will be moving with him

He could just have phrased it as a general enquiry ... if a doctor is employed at SNG Mumbai, can they be easily transferred to SNG Bangalore?

That was all he had to ask if he was "just enquiring"

There was no "just" involved in his asking.
