i really have two questions.
first, bade papa is a man of modest means - a school teacher/principal. did gauri never once in the seven years of college even think how he was financing her education? and if yes, why? i mean it is one thing to give emotional support or tutoring and time-- but financial support for medical education, hostel fees, clothes etc. was she not even a little suspicious?
second, what was her expectation? that bade papa would do this financial support thing of monthly deposits in her bank account for the rest of her life? after all, he is a man of modest means.
Bade papa had a reason to keep the truth hidden from gauri.
What reason did gauri have to keep the truth hidden from bade papa - a man who had encouraged her and tutored her and financed her school education and medical education?

Firstly, whole Gauri's family is greedy to take money from others, i mean her parents took money from dadisa, gauri took money from bade papa because Gauri's father was incapable to educate Gauri and to give her better life thatswhy she did not bother asking bade papa that why is he helping her.
Secondly, her expectations has no end because she is getting money from Anandi even if she hates her, so expecting money from bade papa is a very small thing. She is so cheap that she stops jagya to drive a car because she is paying installments. So, what more we can expect from her.
Gauri certainly has no reason to hide from bade papa about jagdish's identity except her own selfishness.

tinoo i don't think that G shud think abt being school principal not able 2 hav finaces enough 2 take care of her medical studies. wen i was in school one of my frnd's father was teacher & that 2 school teacher who' d modest means but he took the expenses of 2-3 children 4 their education. so she might'd not thot abt it!!
but yes abt clothes she cud 'd gotten suspicious but as we'd seen G has v.difft logics so quite possible she'd thot that he must b earning gud a he has also gone 2 US.
@bold yes she shud've gotten suspicious & shud'd thot that now bade papa can't afford all these expenses in mumbai!!but as i'd already said she'd quite a difft set of rules & ethics & logics 4 herself & 4 oders where if shes getting harmed then there shud b ethics & morals 2 b followed & trust not 2 b broken but wen theres the situation where she has 2 save her skin her ethics, morals etc. all gets a back seat!!🥱🥱🥱
