Maine bas suna hai ya phir filmo mein dekha hai ki aise logon ko samaj se bahar nikaal diya jata hai. Bas inn dono ko aur G ke parents speciall mother ko samaj se aur Kunda tai ke ghar se nikaal dena chahiye.

If it was like they both stayed together knowing abt his mariage n anandi, cheated the family then i wud blame on them n secondly bapusa send them out of haveli ,he said ul wil live entire life like dis,he wud never agree to them ,no question of asking, but they tried to get divorce but were nt able to.ilegal relationships r those which hiden, they cheat others, here its like ur punishment dnt go to jail but live together as ilegal pati patni.dats wat they r doing.

Ignorance of Law is not an execuse... As per the Law.

lkbno1 - even if they didnt know the law (and as mmishra1 states that ignorance of law is not an excuse) -- in this case, jagat and gauri would be hard pressed to claim ignorance.
every system/procedure has a natural system of checks and balances. If the procedure is adhered to there is no scope for ignorance.
1. Jagat's name on the marriage certificate is Jagat singh. This is an imaginary fictional identity because there is no such person at all. His real name is Jagadish singh. All his bank accounts and official documents are in that name (as indicated by episode when bhairon cuts off his funds). Jagat is just a nickname given to himself. self-appointed name. He did not legally change his name by going through a procedure.
So who has gauri married? There is no connection to the singhs of jayetsar.
My real name is not tinoo. that is my nickname. Tomorrow if I go and sign documents as "tinoo"... who is tinoo? Non-existent person.
2. The marriage certificate form clearly had a column that asked "are you married, divorced, single etc."... The fictional jagat singh says he is single.
This is a lie in terms of jagadish singh. Even if he was not sure - he could have written "illegal child marriage which is null and void" -- and had the registrar's opinion on the matter. The registrar would have told him the correct position or if he didnt know told him to consult a lawyer to see if the illegal marriage is indeed null and void.
3. The court process requires a one month waiting period during which notices are put up in public places. Only if nobody challenges these notices can the marriage take place.
They bribed the peon, this one month waiting period never happened. If gauri takes her illegitimate inheritance issue to court ... then the court can backtrack to the registrar's office and dig up old records to see where the notices were put up. When they find that no notices were put up ... then her case becomes weak.
So, yes, they were uneducated about the law at the beginning... but if they had honestly followed the procedure required, and been honest about jagat's real name etc... and jagadish singh's illegal child bride a lot of things would have come to the surface at some point in the procedure or the process... and they would not have been ignorant at the time of the actual court marriage.
Gauri is married to a fictional non-existent entity. someone with a fake name and a fake identity.

I love children and i hate when the innocence is been tampered with but because of the motives behind why Jagya really want to have a child makes me hate the idea of him being the sole heir to Singhs. POOR CHILD!.

But its up to the family, and Anandi to give him the right or not. Infact Anandi has the right to decide on that because if she makes it a case, she is entitled to half of Jagya's properties, thus has the right to decide on letting the boy have it or not. and the other half that belongs to jagya, the family can decide to disinherit jagya from it which makes the child legally a nobody to the havali and has not right on anything.

hello dear - they have shown it in atleast three flashbacks. If you see conversation between mentor and gauri on bridge eating ice candy last week -- in the flashback it clearly shows he signed his name as jagat singh (not jagadish) and gave his address as mumbai not jayetsar.
I cannot speculate on what he will do in the future. All I know is that if today, jagat got killed in a car accident - then the baby in gauri's stomach will not be able to claim anything in the future since there is no documented connection to the singhs of jayetsar. It is to some jagat singh of mumbai.

All the legality apart - their kid will never lack for funds or property. Anandi will happily bestow everythign she has or gets from Bhairon to this baby as soon as the kid is born and is brought to the haveli. She in her mind has decided the kid as the "Is parivar KA waaris".

1 - hope its a girl - but I know they'll make it a boy.
2 - Bhairon shud not give so much access to funds n property, to Anandi knowing how she feels about J and G
3 - Jagat apna baccha la ke DS ki god me rakhega hi...hope she gives the kid 500/- and says - khush raho 😉😆

But I dearly hope that Gauri gets serious about finding out her own and her kids legal position vis-a-vis Jagat/Jagdish.
If she keeps holding onto her MC as proof and her mentor's opinion alone as security - she's going to be in for a rude awakening.

As much as I agree that those 2 are super concerned about how much wealth they can acquire of the khandaan - they really shud start caring a little more about their current affairs. Babies are not easy to raise. In the first year itself - doctor/diaper needs etc can get huge. Further - just assume there is some complication !!! Medical costs can spiral out of control in a matter of a day...! How can anyone sleep at night knowing all this ?
