I think Anjum Faruki should lose some weight...I've got nothing against her appearence and she's very good as Gauri but she has become little heavy...many ppl have commented on different threads tht she looks pregnant...thts because she looks really bulky in saaries and her stylist also drapes her in full flowing style to hide her weight..

maybe she's pregnant in real life not sure abt her personal life but if thts not the case she shld really lose some weight...else very soon she'll start looking like Jagya's amma.

come on guys, I don't even think she looks chubby, I think she looks like an average girl, size wise. I think she is pretty, looks good just the way she is.

Please do not make commebts about people's personal lives and looks as that is not allowed on the forums and people in the forum who are a fan of the actor will take offense and it will cause further peoblems.

feel free to comment on the characters but refrain from speaking negatively about the real life actor.

She looks nice and is even a good actress. I like her as Gauri. She evokes mixed reactions from viewers. At times we sympathise with her and atother times we feel she deserves what she is getting.

I dont mean to make fun of Anjum..And I am not making any personal attack on her or her acting capability...she is a very good actress..Its just an honest openion...ppl feel tht she looks fine but I feel tht she looks bulky...I am just stating my openion thts all.

how sad - we feel the need to discuss someone's weight and physical appearance and defend it.

actors are human beings too. forum rules or not, these types of discussions are hurtful, unfruitful and achieve no purpose other than hurt the individual its targeted at.

Lets refrain from commenting on peoples appearances and physical characteristics, unless the character they play require them to look a certain way. For instance a fully made up heroine shown as a impoverished person may not work for the character.

It is just the way her saree is draped that makes her look unnecessarily bulky. Instead of asking her to lose weight we must ask the producers to lose the costume department guys responsible for her look. They cant seem to get even basic saree draping right. Saree is supposed to look perfect on slim tall girls like gauri, instead here it makes her look bulky, it is an absolute fashion crime, that is what it is😃
