The whole episode was just one more crappy filler, w/ the beti/beendni (which is it today?) continuing to wallow in self pity 🤢 So I'll just comment on the precap.

If Bairon has taken this to a lawyer and plans to open a criminal case, he's cooked. Of course, Anandi won't do it, being the perfect doormat that she is, but even otherwise, does Bairon even realize what will happen? Jagya will (not can) say that the marriage to Anandi was invalid and illegal b'cos it was a child marriage, and that his parents broke the law by getting them married in the first place. That will really put the family in jail. After all, Jagya can show his marriage certificate w/ Gauri to the authorities, and ask them to provide evidence that he's married to Anandi. The only way the latter can be proven is by demonstrating that the family broke the law.

Bhairon has totally lost it...

He's suing jagya on second marriage grounds...doesnt he knw he can also be sued for child marriage...

If otoh the lawyer says that the child marriage was legal, then Anandi's best move would be to ask Jagya for a divorce. If she thinks that Gauri is the legal wife, let her enable it. But if she still regards Jagya as her hubby after that, then she's totally lost it.

If Jagya is repentant and wants to return to her, I'd want her to say no, but looking @ her the way she is, she's more likely to accept. I really wish they'd end this track soon and show Anandi resuming her studies and becoming independent.
