MAKKAN KAKA THREATENS TO RESIGN

Our own hero Makkan kaka has been threatening to resign from his post of senior servant of bade haveli. Makkan has been working with the Singh family for a long time and has been bearing the atyachaar of the family especially of Maajisa. He has been sent out in fruitless missions and has escorted many namoonas inside the haveli'.but poor makkan continued working in the haveli because the haveli was bestowed with the mysterious non ageing charms . Makkan kaka in the chakkar of remaining jawan decided to continue his residence in the controversial haveli

But after the entrance of daactar Gauri his troubles are endless. All the beduke kaam of the guest duo has been handed over to him. He has been running hither and thither in the haveli asking, pleading and begging Anandi and Munni Gau-sa not to do any chores because it is only daactar Gauri's HAK. The endless monologues of Daactar has penetrated his eyes inspite of cotton protection giving him nightmares. Poor Makkan kaka ends up coming out drenched every time he enters the daactars room due to Gauri's water works giving him endless cold infections which again forces him to swallow the magic pills pushed down his throat forcefully by daactar Gauri. Adding to all this poor makkan kaka has been sleeping outside Gauri's room with fresh set of bed spreads, towels and a bucket and mopping cloth to wipe of the extra tear rivers flowing in the floor due to her endless water works. Atleast Anandi used to clean her water work all by herself and spared kaka the horror but daactar Gauri has become his broad day light nightmare.

With every day being a torture the kuldevi's abandonment has enraged kaka. He feels this as absolute blahphemy of the Singh family and is scared that the haveli will loose its jawani ka vardhan. Makkan kaka thought enough is enough and decided to quit and gave his papers to Maajisa. But the clever Maajisa has asked Anandi and Munni gausa to do emotional atyaachar to retain him. So Anandi is seen serving him adrakh chais and meeti batheen to lure him and when it fails Munni threatens him with her horns. Looks like maajisa's plan worked and Makkan has not left the haveli and is seen doing the dreadful job of serving the full time faltu daactars to escape the emotional atyaachar of the other beendinis.

Trouble Over Acceptance Stamps

There has been a legal issue at the badi haveli regarding the acceptance stamps of the 3 beendnis. For readers unaware of the Jetsar Laws, let me inform you that in Jetsar a marriage is legalized only when the couple collects acceptance stamps from the members of the family. Jagdish and Anandi's marriage was the smoothest of all when all the family members gave acceptance stamps to them. However, with the entry of the second and the third beendni, things have taken complicated turns. Apparently, the Singh family has claimed that they have ran out of their acceptance stamps since they had given all of them to Anandi. Now they need some time before the new acceptance stamps are printed and they can start distributing again.

The news is Sumitra and Gehna had spare stamps but they had already given them to Munni Gau-sa. Sadly enough only Gauri doesn't have any stamps now and is enraged at her insult in the haveli. "I have tried everything to collect the stamps. I pleaded everyone, even Nandu, but couldn't gather a single stamp for myself. Finally dadisa gave me one, but that has some legal issues. My marriage is in jeopardy now," said a visibly upset Gauri. Apparently, the acceptance stamp that Kalyani Devi had given to Gauri has been caught up in a legal controversy. The Jetsar judges have found the stamp fake and have dismissed its credibility. The case in under session now, and the final verdict about dadisa's stamp is still awaited. But till now the prosecution has a strong case for proving it fake.

In the meanwhile, Gauri had sought help from Anandi since she seems to have a surplus of stamps in her possession. However, Anandi too has refused to give away any stamp, citing that Gauri needed her signature on the acceptance form XWC-987 (ex-wife consent form) before the marriage. Now that the marriage has already been conducted, Anandi's stamp will not stand legally valid.

On the other hand, Munni-gausa is in a better position with several stamps from Dadisa, Sumitra, Gehna and even Anandi. The news is Anandi had already given away some of her stamps to Munni before she came into the haveli. So Munni Gausa has enough stamps to be Jagdish's beendni.

Seems like it's trouble only for the majli beendni Gauri.
What will happen? Only time will tell.
