Hi,

I am referring to the new song, "pag pakharu, baiya dharu". problem is i dont even know lyrics, or artist name. So,cant even search in google. So please someone help me, if you have the song in mp3.

The song's name is 'chaandan mein'...it's from Kailash Kher's recent new album.

@suds: I'm sorry, I'm not really able to find a translation to the lyrics :S

But it's a song with a lot of metaphors to it as well....

The main line, 'chaandan mein main takuri, tera sona mukhda, pyara pyara mukhda' translates to, 'in the moonlight, I stare at your face, your beautiful face'

This is my fav. bit from the song:

Chaandan mein main taakoon ri,
Teraa sohnaa mukhdaa,
Pyaaraa, pyaaraa mukhdaa.
Aanchal mein main rakhoon ri,
Chandaa kaa tukda,
Eh ji pyaaraa mukhdaa.
Tu dhare jaahaan paaon toh,
Muskaaye yeh dharti,
Saiyaan, saiyaan'

The line in bold translates to: "The earth/ground smiles wherever you step foot on it'...beautiful line again.

Wow, Thanks a lot. I should have known. Kailash Kher is my favorite. But I couldn't recognize his voice :(

I dont have TV here in US, so I miss out on those great new albums that keep coming up. Glad that balika vadhu chose to use these songs. So relevant too.

It seems like custom made for the show. I even thought it was specifically BV song, but when I got to know this and found out other gr8 songs in the album, I was very happy.

I also initially thought the song was made for the show since it fit Shyam-Sugna so perfectly....lol....but it turned out to be from Kailash Kher's album....all the songs from the album are beautiful and they keep on using most of them on SS.....cuz they just seem to suit them so amazingly :-)
