Highlights : Maasa finds Khajan's papers
Gauna preparations are in full swing
Gehna finds out about Suguna's cellphone
Maasa waits for Basanth to come home for dinner. After he comes home, they start to eat. Basanth says that maasa's sister was not in town so will probably not come for Suguna's gauna. Maasa feels bad saying her sister's sons don't care for her as much since one of them is going away abroad, so she is forced to be with her other son in Calcutta. She expresses that both her sons were far better.
Khajan pacifies Bhagwati that he will free up the land as soon as the next harvest is over. Both of them feed dinner to each other.
Jagya is in his room looking for his text book. There are loads of things dumped on the bed. He keeps cursing his mother for dumping everything there. He keeps throwing things around to find his book. Daadisa comes there and starts to clean up a little and finds Bhairav's bag. She finds Khajan's land papers in the bag and is shocked.
Jagya comes to his mother and drags her to his room to help him clean up the mess and find the book. Bhairav comes there too asking Sumitra if she kept the land papers safely. He doesn't find them in his bag and panics. Maasa comes there with the papers and asks him why he has Khajan's land papers. Bhairav lies that he was helping out Khajan to have his papers stamped at the registrar. Maasa warns him to be careful with property papers, be it anyone's.
Suguna gets some lovey-dovey text message from Pratap and is happy. Anandi and her talk a little about this. Anandi wishes she could text or call her mother too.
In the morning, everyone is very busy with the gauna preparations. Daadisa is driving everybody nuts with chores. Anandi comes there with tea for her and daadisa is happy. She tells the women-folk to sing more merrily and loudly. The haveli has been decked grandly for the joyous occasion.
Suguna goes to Gehna who is in the kitchen cooking. She asks Gehna to come out to see the singing etc. Just then Suguna's phone rings. She tries to run away, but drops her phone. Gehna sees this and is shocked. She asks Suguna if she met Pratap again. Suguna says she did not and that Pratap gave her the phone earlier. Gehna tells her to talk to Pratap. Suguna leaves and Gehna is left thinking...
Precap : Sumitra asks Gehna if she is carrying the baby just for Maasa or if she loves her unborn child too. Gehna says she loves her baby.
