I think Jinisha made that comment abt Anandi as she questions abt the social rules. Anandi is rebellious and in her case, her rebellion or rather her questions are to be applauded.
It's true that Anandi is showing to be too naive considering her age. When she first heard abt going to Sasural she didn't believe it but in one episode, girls younger than her age are shown to be aware of going to sasural after marriage. It was a bit unrealistic.
Now, Anandi is shown to be unaware or not following the set rules which are expected from her. You might call her naive, too innocent or stubborn.
Here comes the question of chingari. After all, one has to raise questions against the stupid rules. That's the main point of this drama.
Anandi is the protagonist and she is voicing her opinions against the rules. It is shown that she is doing it in her innocence. If she would have understood everything and voiced her opinion, she would have been behaving like matured Tulsi Virani not Anandi.
Anandi's mother did not have that "chingari"; infact none of the characters had that except Teacherji. Teacherji failed, but it doesn't mean that everyone should stop protesting against them.
