please help me know what is the criteria for increasing the rank of my fav television celebrity..as i cannot comprehand how it is rated..

for ex..someone with 27 fans is higher ranked then someone with 121 fans...

so please help me garner votes for my fav celebrity..sharad kelker..

well frnd we 2 r bit confused bout it but we r doing wat we fink can raise d ranks by commenting & visiting on sharad n supriya pro's daily / wenever we r ol ...so do it now & hope dat it's d rite path
