Rajni's shadow

Her shadow resembled Goddess Kali at the ending. The only thing I'm wondering is why isn't Surily ready to acknowledge Rajni even after this?? I mean she only called her Kali Maa when she was rescued by her from the fire and now she has actually seen it herself so why is she thinking the other way i.e. assuming she's a witch or a ghost?
