Flawed heroines

I am not liking both the female leads,

Noor is being a brat asking for unreasonable wish.

Shayra is just dumb, being nice is 1 thing , here she is just being dumb..

I know fans of Sami and Diana are going to argue saying Noor is childish, depressed, stubborn etc

And For Shayra As she is very good hearted person ..

In my opinion both are flawed characters and we befakoof still watch the show ..

By the way I saw Sami’s first serial and I loved her work and love her personality off screen..

Never saw Diana’s Work so don’t know much about her..

This is just my opinion based on serial ..

Noor is not flawed, there is something very very wrong with her, she is a very dark character who is using name of God, her mother's death, Faiz's death to her advantage. I don't see it as a flaw, yet to find one redeeming quality in her.

Shaira is an emotional fool, she has to grow out of her insecurities, she is a pleaser, people like her try to please everyone and in their wish to be in good books of one person, they don't think about other people. Shaira is not dumb, there is clarity of thoughts and understanding of human rights in her dialogues, what can one do if someone is doing multiple suicide attempts blaming you for it? Is it easy seeing someone die? She can refuse Noor and Noor will die, then what? Best thing she can do is get Noor arrested for this as suicide is illegal in India, but again she is from London, suicide is not a crime in London

From whatever I’ve seen so far, shyra seems like an idiot with no head space and she is also very unintentionally careless.

Noor, on the other hand is dark. She is grey with more of black which intrigues me more!

I agree with you .. story telling should have been better, they could have shown same story with more character depth then Atleast it becomes believable, they rushed Yasmin’s and Fiaz’s death .. they could have showed Fiaz’s and Noor’s budding relation , they could have showed Yasmin’s and Shayra’s bonding more..they could have established characters depth more, there was possibility of so much but they rushed into this 2nd marriage drama ..

Noor is pathetic and disgusting. Won't be surprised if she's behind all the deaths. Don't understand how a kaamwali ki beti gets the same luxury as the son of the house. Don't get me wrong a kaamwali ki beti can if course reach Heights but away from the owners house. No sane person is gonna give the same darja.

Shaira on the other hand is plain dumb, too slow in thinking and movements. I ll give her the benefit of doubt cause she's been made to think she's the cause of the deaths.

Even I am not liking the show. Only the first week was watchable. So disappointed with the way the show is shaping up, not even watching it properly. Noor is too much now. From what I am seeing in the show and reading articles, perhaps it wont really be about a guy having two wives but rather will be about azaan-noor's story. Looks like shayra will eventually sacrifice and bring azaan and noor close which i find really stupid. Basically Noor and her stubborness wins again. Tbh Noor deserves someone like Khalid than Azaan. Wish they paired Azaan-Shayra(cause I really love their pairing and they both truly love n respect each other) and Noor-Khalid(never gonna happen, but noor-khalid does look good together n khalid truly loves noor though he doesnt know what's right n wrong, wish khalid cures and turns out to be a positive person he is at least better than his parents, that suraiya lady needs a daughter-in-law like noor) but looks like Azaan-Noor will be the endgame sadly.

Character n acting wise in both departments Diana edges over Samiksha for me. Diana is my fav in the show, but character and acting wise if there is someone I like more than Shayra that will be Azaan and his mom, Khalid is a good actor though.
