It's the dialogues which add life to a story, and your dialogues manage to do just that. I find your dialogues very strong and thought provoking. I especially loved that one about the Marathi saying.
And the female proposing in your story also shows how your FLs are strong and know how to be in control of their lives.😳 Maybe that's not what you wanted to show, but it adds impact.😆

It's one of the first sayings I remember my mom saying to me.🙈 My FLs are opposite of me, tbh, except for the bit that they are self destructive at times, and thier humour is for very few people🤣 tbh, you got it right, Priya, especially, should be written as someone controls her life after her father left, but CVs ruined her horribly, so m giving her my favorite cliches🙈
