Can someone clarify?

What the hell is wrong with RK2, why the hell is is comparing love with money? Priya never took a penny from him when she left him? She said she cheated on him which he so conveniently believed ( because he wanted to as he was unable to forgive her for Shivi’s death and had she been pregnant with his child he was obliged to take the case back for the sake of his child) If she wanted Manet from him even if she cheated him she would have lied him about the baby to be with him and enjoyed his luxurious life. So I can’t understand his comparison of love and money.

I can understand his hatred for rain as it reminded him of his moments with Priya and her betrayal, so it is justified. Him becoming workaholic is also understandable, his sympathy for his step brother and mom is also understandable as he was feeling guilty on behalf of his wife ( as long as he is unaware of their true Color’s)

can someone shed some light on my doubts as I skipped last three weeks of torcher

Well having the same doubt. If he had known about Nandini's evil plans then it is atleast somewhat justified to think that everyone loves him from money or something. But why does he think this now is not understandable at all. Priya never took a penny from him 🤔

I stopped watching when the leap was confirmed but occasionally read posts here & snippets fm the show pop up on my insta feed. From what I gather the whole post-leap is one big pukefest. I doubt u will find clarifications - just accept that some bits of 🤮 are yuckier than the rest!!

The hatred for rain is just one of those facile bits of nonsense superimposed by the lamebrains who run the circus. If rain reminds him of Priya's betrayal *eyeroll*, then why not....the bed he sleeps on (unless he chopped it to bits or donated it or something; medicines, especially ointments; or food, especially biryani (but maybe he does hate food--certainly looks that way. Again no offence to NM);or Sandy Sood, blood relative of aforementioned Priya? It's supposed to impress the easily impressionable of the deep effect of the great betrayal on his screwed-up psyche. I might have let it go unremarked upon if they didn't overdo the bs with minions carrying multiple umbrellas for Mr. Manipulated. And I wouldn't even object to his feeling betrayed, if it didn't come with the baggage of his own stupidity and weakness.

Sure, Priya was wrong, but man, what a lover! Two minutes of MommyDearest doing her thing, and he went from "I don't believe a word" to Ram Kapoor, hater of Priya and all things Sood (but Sandy still works for him???), drinking and serial dating, and acting like a cheap villain in a B-grade movie. Or a B-grade serial. Oh wait, they've made this a B-grade serial. What a comedown.

Oh, has he become a workaholic? Because I've seen no sign of him working so far. Kuchh bhi.

Five years after an event is enough time to process and come to terms. Everyone deals differently, yada yada, but we come to terms with personal losses, betrayals, disasters, etc. Anger or hatred that is constant after a span of time needs psychiatric intervention, not glorification as the intensity of love and/or loss.
