Either Disha is uncomfortable or else the script is PATHETIC!

I think it's the sync between the script and director. I dnt think it the actor. They do what they are told to do. 😅

If actors had choice it may have been different 😂

I disagree re with Raya could have been shown like ZGH. In Pak series, they never even touch hands. So, we NEVER expect that the same way we would NOT expect to show us love-making prelude as we se even in BBT with Penny and Leonard because the Indian ITV audience will never take it. Bollywood movies are different; there Deepika wears bras and shoots. They can never show such boldness on ITV.

But, a general understanding of a couple is expected. Leads, especially Pri, cannot oscillate between one moment 'cozy' and another moment 'touch me not ... who art thou' attitude.

It looks like the D-sisters are like this. Now that we know that they have done it, if you go back to see the episodes then it clearly indicates the aftereffects were not consistent. When a couple does it, they have nothing to be shy about; they have seen each other and felt each other in the most possible way. How can Pri and Ram have awkwardness is beyond my comprehension and imagination?

I cannot speak for arranged marriages but in the 1900s, I understand they would have sex and never say ILU, but in 2022, I hardly doubt that any husband, Ram like, would touch their wife without those three words. He always wanted to listen to those words but not the sex part. That is the beauty of his character.

The writers messed up big time! Even if the issue was Disha, which I am suspecting now that she is married, then also you DON'T need to show kiss but at least show they are removing each other's clothes, albeit the blazer or scarf.

Agree completely & that is my gripe too - that the rest of the time their behaviour is not at all consistent with a couple that hv seen each other n**** & touched each other intimately.

And what makes me more angry is that this inconsistency has been passed off as “slow burn” “mature romance” “wordless understanding” etc.

Re DP not keen to do intimate/suggestive scenes - no problem. They could have easily shown the red candle flame at night followed by shy teasing & reminiscing about the night on the following day, having tasted each others touch - longing for it again, finding ways to be alone again, Ram saying something teasing like “kal raat ko toh tumhara kuch aur hi roop tha”.

One reason why I will never create an account on T-bird. I detest these anonymous online haters..why do they forget that the actors are real people with real emotions and real families. This is not the first time DP has been targeted like this, her hubby has also been tagged on absolutely filthy tweets. NM has not been spared either. 😡

We, as an audience, never are hungry or horny for anyone. We wanted a good, neat, clean story. Was that too much to ask?

The writers must have studied creative writing, then why they don't know how to write such lines which you have written?
