It could be recently their bio mother died and before dieing told Krish about ram( her elder son), that's why now Krish is back and trying to get back in Ram's life through this case.

Else I will love to see Priya vs Nandini… with Ram not knowing… the Beta movie route… Priya standing up for him. There are a lot of loops open especially where the 3 of them made him feel like an outsider… would really want to see the look on Nandu’s face when Ram has Priya by his side.

I dont think Ram’s mum is alive, but there are v good chances that Snr Kapoor is alive, prolly under memory loss or staying away from family for some other (bakwas lame) reason. There is definitely significance to Ram’s statements that his Dad would have liked Pri a lot. Their showing that his ‘body’ was not so recognisable also points to this.

I also believe Nandini is somehow connected to thr ‘accident’ that was presumed to kill Snr Kapoor. I think Rittika (or Doc/Tirchi) had a grt theory about the property vesting from his mum’s side to the bloodline only, though it is surprising that someone as smart as Nandu eould not have figured that out before bumping her hubby off.

@bold: yes, it was my theory. It could be that VK never explained to nandini about the conditions of the will but kept saying everything will always be Ram's. And nandini thinking that VK wants to give everything to ram bcz he is the eldest, got VK murdered and later come to know that everything is already under Ram's name?🤷
