Part 39 - The Star Engagement

Here is the new part, there is already a big spoiler in the title, guys. I leave one more obvious - this part has a continuation, it is more than what you will read today. I love surprises, you all know, right?

Prem and Priyanka couldn't believe that Shania agreed to their idea, but decided not to say anything, so as not to scare off this "golden bird".

So the two quickly dialed their friend's number and started a conversation that didn't look much like a matchmaking story, but was necessary. They knew that Ram would never agree to dates, relationships and things like that, he was devoted to his old love like crazy. They saw that something had changed in him lately, but they attributed it to the fact that over time he decided to let go of that situation and allow himself to relax, just live and smile while eating cupcakes. They did not know that the wonderful changes were connected with the very girl who was sitting in their living room in a hidden, but obvious tension for herself. She was preparing to build a plan with the involvement of an outsider to protect loved ones. Not knowing that this outsider had recently become the most precious to her.

But back to reality, while she was thinking, her friends had already waited for the answer of that "Mr. X". Having moved away from Shania at a sufficient distance, she did not hear either the voice or the name of her future chosen one.

"Hello, friend," Prem said in an agitated tone.

When Priya realized who was in front of her, she quickly decided that she would continue another game with her Ram to gain time against that pursuer.

So she pretended she didn't know him and changed her voice. As a person who has been singing all her life, she knew well how to do it.

And again, she had to choose another name for herself, Thaliya (three elements are hidden in this name – Priya, a sacred plate, a puja tray, and the applause that Priya used to receive as a Shania).

So Ram ran into Thaliya. To make her unrecognizable, Priya called on all her artistry and other skills. Today she needed to be a stubborn businesswoman and at the same time to interest Ram, so that this whole dating story would last for some time, and she would come up with a way to divert the danger from everyone and her priceless Ocean. In fact, she needed to make sure that he protected himself, but without knowing about it.
