What is all this pessimism and hatred? And why? Becasue a promo showed a clip that’s not settling well with most viewers.
True! As a viewer, I have a million questions in my head as to why Ram is doing what he is shown doing. And I beleive so do all the ardent viewers. But so what? Do we simply reach the conclusion that “it’s trash” “let’s call for show boycott” blah blah? Why on Earth would we do that when we are all looking eagerly forward to the time when we finally get to see our favourite couple start their journey of love? Just because of a promo? How does that even make a sense?
You know how that popular saying goes— DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. The promo is that cover and you judging the whole show, RK and what not on the basis of a few seconds’ promo is totally uncalled for.
Indian television has crappy shows like “Yeh Rishta Kya kehlata hai” running for over a decade and a half with no one calling to shut those shows because they have literally lost all the juice. But oh ya! When a show that tries to show something modern, something refreshing, something good— like BALH2… people come out of no-where blaring bad words about it based on some minuscule and trivial details (the promo) from a rather grand scheme of thought(the show). “A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS A DANGEROUS THING”.
Also… Where on earth did Ram say he is “ready to sleep with vedu”? Salsa dancing at a party does not amount to people involved in the dance sleeping together. And as far as I could see he has his eyes on Priya even as he danced with vedu, so maybe it’s just him making her jealous and that’s the first step for THEM as a couple… expecting to see possessiveness in each other’s eyes. And did we all not see the scene where Priya, like a modern woman, goes down on her knees to probably propose or woo her man? So let’s not spread crap of hatred here just uselessly.
This forum, I believe, is about spreading love, and celebrating our shared love for a couple we have come to love. Such hatred is totally uncalled for at a platform that’s only about love.
Let’s not jump to conclusions Even before we see what’s going to happen… a good story takes time for its plot to be built for it to be a strong and impactful. So let’s be patient and kind to actors, directors and every one involved in the making of the serial. They are shedding their blood, sweat and tears to entertain us… so let’s respect them by giving them time and space to present what they are creating for us with so much love and passion.
