Nandani was more concerned with the fact that she didn't know about Ram's allergy while Priya and her family was aware of it.

The way she called up Meera and was like 'Accha aapko bhi nahi pata tha' that was something.

Also, how many more clues will Meera need to put 2 plus 2 about Raj's involvement. Itne me toh Priya usko left right center baja chuki hoti.

So far, they've not shown Nandini as an outright vamp.

She does appear to be a moderately manipulative person, but also seems to have an element of genuine concern for him.

The time Ram had BP before the baraat started and a couple of other occasions, she seemed to show concern for his well being and that logically can't be faked, because it was instinctive.

If anything, her actions are pretty representative of what an upper class person feels in India- the doubts on Priya's family that she has would be there in most folks in that group.

I hope they keep her characterisation grey and not negative, but knowing ITV, nobody really likes a grey character (it's hard for the audience to root against a villainous character who shows positives from time and time), so I wouldn't be surprised if she became fully negative one fine day and starts plotting to kill him etc.

It's becoz of money I think becoz Ram is the sole earning member of the house so I think she is not concerned about Ram's well being but it's more like outer forces attacking someone of their even though they themselves don't treat him like one of them and plots against him.

You got your answer in today's episode... she told that ram's care and love for his family is what makes them have their aish and aaraam... she does not want it to be shared to other people.. even if it is his own wife
