bad dates - Ram & Priya style

what were your reactions to seeing Ram and Priya's bad dates? Ram was pretty hilarious in how he was so focused on food. Why on earth did his friends think a foodie would be matched with someone who didn't seem to eat anything? 😂... and poor Priya, the guy insulting her on the date -- yea, such characters do exist! so for fun, participate in the poll (it is multiple choice) and if you feel like, share your nightmare/funny stores about dates - Ram & Priya style 😊

Though I do have friends who did went on some dates

But when it comes to dating and romance, I am just like Priya 🤣, i dont like romance and baarish 😆 And when Priya complains about romance I can so relate to her 🤣

SAME! I have never been on a date, I tried downloading a dating app but got overwhelmed within two minutes and uninstalled it. 😆

hahahahah.... I thought there will be many stories of the disaster kind (especially from rishtha season). I should have put in a non-date option. guess the poll cannot be changed at this point?

but yea, I have had quite a few horror dates/rishtha meetings that it could make a drama. lets just say that Priya getting insulted was something I am familiar with.

so some funny stories instead -- there was one where I was really sick but my folks didn't feel comfortable putting it off (they had already put off the meeting twice). I kept telling them that I still haven't recovered from the flu but maybe they thought I was exaggerating to try get out of the rishtha meeting. (I was living in another city for work) so there I was on the coffee date wheezing like a maniac and coughing so badly that I couldn't even talk. the waiter immediately brought me hot water with lemon even before I asked because it was so bad. the guy was like "we could have met up later" and I could hardly say "well your dad kept pushing my folks to meet up this month itself", so I just kept quiet. well there was no second date or further rishtha talk. 😂

then, in another rishta meeting, the guy had put some above average height like 175 cms on his profile. he wasn't. 😂 I couldn't help myself and ask ".... but your profile said 175 cms?" and he answered "oh it is these shoes. they make me look short. otherwise, in the other shoes, it is 175 cms" 🤣🤣🤣

I will admit that I am a pretty bad date. so in one instance, my friend set me up and said that she had given my number to this guy who is so funny etc. since she had already given my number, there was nothing I could do. when he called, I had just reached home after a long day at work and was lazing in front of the tv. so after a few chitchat, he realized my brain was totally fried because I was responding to the TV drama than his boring convos. 😂 when my friend asked, I was like "girl, TV was more interesting. I don't have to say anything" 😂 yea, I am bad. 🤣🤣🤣

hahahahah... same. my friend once insisted that I try this one site. I was couldn't figure out head and tail. so after a bit, deleted it shortly. sometimes, I think my friend who is on these apps is really brave. I wouldn't have the patience. the stories she tells. 😂

I have many horror stories ..one was almost like priyas 🥰

I just looked at him put 100 rs for the chai I was having and walked out without a word ..since I was fuming and did want any violence or tamasha in my regular cafe🙈
