Hey everyone
This is quite late if you live in India. Someone got sick at school and passed it all to me. Now I'm dead sick and my mom has ordered that I have to sleep and rest for a long time. But I won't break my promise, will continue today, update it today. The chapter might be a bit short, but I'll try my very best to make it as interesting as possible. Promise from me.
Chapter 1
'Pagal hai tu. Pyaar mein believe nahi karti. Yeh kya hai?' Shruthi yelled at Priya.
'Arre, sabka ek personal opinion hoti hai. Meri bhi hai. Aur agar tujhe vishwas karni hai na inn sab cheezon mein, tu kar vishwas. Mujhe kya?' Priya said.
'You're mad Priya! Suna tune? MAD!'
'Agar tujhe aisa lagta hai na, toh it's okay. Mujhe farak nahi padti Shruthi'. Priya chuckled a bit.
Shruthi rolled her eyes and helped Priya stack some books.
'Accha tu aayegi na park aaj? Tune promise ki thi ki tu aayegi'. Shruthi said.
'Haan aaungi lekin abhi nahi, ek ghante mein shop close kar dungi. Uske baad chalein?' Priya asked.
'Haan okay'.
Ram and Vikram...
'Chal ab kahan jaana hai tujhe? Mujhe toh ghar nahi jaana hai, tu bata mujhe'. Ram said.
'Haan, woh Neha ka birthday aa rahi hai. Uske liye kuch khareedna hai mujhe. Let's go to the mall'. Vikram said.
'Okay chal'..
When they reached the mall...
'Neha ko kya pasand hai? Cake? Books? Perfume? Dresses? Chocolate?' Ram asked.
'Dresses ka toh mere bas ki baat nahi hai. Chocolate toh har saal khareedta hoon. Perfume toh uske paas duniya ke saare perfumes hai. Cake toh meine already order kara di. Books...I don't know'. Vikram said, confused.
'Uska ek favourite author hai kya?' Ram asked.
'I don't know'. Vikram admitted.
'Abbe beevi ke saath itne saalon tak reh raha hai lekin uska favourite author pata nahi hai? Idiot hai tu'. Ram said.
'Arre usne kabhi bataaya hi nahi mujhe!'
'Accha? Bataaya nahi? Agar Neha hoti iss wakt toh tu gaya yaar Vikram'.
'Abbe mujhe yahan daantne aaya hai ki madad karne aaya hai? Daantne aaya hai toh tu jaa mein khud hi kuch select karta hoon'. Vikram said.
'Time waste kar raha hai tu. Abhi chal!' Ram dragged him harshly.
'Accha uss bookstore hai wahan, Neha ke liye kuch select karte hain'. Ram pointed to a store.
'Accha chal'.
Priya's bookstore...
'Aaj zyaada customers toh hai nahi. Chalein?' Shruthi asked.
'Shruthi, be patient. Aur mujhe iss store ka hours khatam karke hi jaana chahiye. Aise nahi chalega. My boss will break me yaar'.
'Woh dekh! Koi aa raha hai!' Shruthi said happily.'ARREEE woh toh Ram Kapoor hai! Woh famous businessman, jinke paas bohot paise hain!'
'Shruthi! Relax. It's okay. Aise customers ke saamne paglon ki tarah behave mat karo'. Priya whispered quickly. 'Calm down'.
'Hi, romantic books ka section kahan hai?' Ram asked.
'Sir, aap straight jaayiye aur first left'. Priya said, with a smile on her face.
'Thanks'.
'Mujhse nahi raha jaata. Ek autograph toh banta hai yaar'. Shruthi whispered excitedly.
'Shruthi, calm down. Aise customers ke saamne iss tarah se behave nahi karni chahiye. First of all customer ko awkward feel nahi karana chahiye, and second of all, mujhe embarrass mat karna, I work here!' Priya whispered angrily.
Ram and Vikram...
'Yeh wali book usse bohot pasand aayegi yaar Ram. Yahi wala lete hain'. Vikram took a book from one of the shelves.
'Sure?'
'Haan haan, pakka!'
'Okay chal'.
When they reached the counter to pay..
'Um..this book is a great selection sir. Bohot popular hai iss store mein. Wonderful selection!' Priya said, awkwardly.
'Thanks. Meri beevi ke liye hai'. Vikram said.
'I'm sure she'll love it. It's a wonderful book'. Priya smiled. 'Here you go. Have a great day!'
'Thanks, you too!' Ram said and left with Vikram.
'Park chalein?' Shruthi asked.
'Arre 45 more minutes. Chup ho jaao!' Priya snapped.
Ram and Vikram...
'Aur kuch chahiye?' Ram asked.
'Haan, woh balloons chahiye matlab Neha ko pasand aayegi'.
'Accha I know the perfect place for that. Chal'. Ram said.
'Kahan?'
'Chal na tu!' Ram said and dragged him out.
