Kush running out from the house to greet Priya angel, blabbering constantly: -Why you didn't call, I would have picked you up..how was the flight? Did you had food? You must be tired now...give me that bag too...

Priya smiling at him, at his child innocence. She hugged him and replied: -Will you shut up, or how will I say I missed you too, too much. (and she pinched his cheeks) Now, all was fine, I'm just little tired. Will have shower and rest and will be fine.

Kush knowing about Ram being her annoying Boss, but yet not wanting to tell her he knows, just stopped, looked at her eyes and asked: -Are you sure all is fine? Nothing bad happened...

Priya surprised: -Kush? Now where this came from? What bad? Just told you all is fine, now chalo, lets get inside. And she smiled at him.

He saw Priya did hide something from him in her eyes, but knew she wont tell anything at this point, so replied: -OK, but shower, food, then rest, in that order Madam!

After having food, Priya tried to rest, but her thoughts were searching him. Called again. No answer. Called office. He hasn't been seen there too, nor the colleagues knew they were back. She even called KM with changed voice, but she was informed Mr.Kapoor is on business trip and not back yet. Vikram. Yes, Vikram surely knows where is Mr.Kapoor, but how should I ask him, what should I say, don't know how to explain him. This evening I'll go to Shergil's, to visit Kady, hoping Vikram will be there and I'll find something.

Shergil house. Kady and Priya having tea and some formal conversation, both knowing about who is The Boss, but both being careful not to disclose to eachother. Priya also eager waiting for Vikram to came home.

Vikram stepping in the room and joining them: -Priya! So good to see you! When did you two came back! And where... (before saying anything else, Kady kicked him with her foot, hoping Priya wont notice. Vik giving and *ouch* and weird look to her, but next moment he remembers that Priya doesn't know what he knows)

Priya: -What? What happened Vikram? And how do you know I was away? And two of us, who is the other one?

Vikram: -Nnothing, just cramp...and Kady! Kady told me you and your Boss are at some business trip, rright Kady? That's the other one..I mean.

Kady: -Ha Priya, that's true.

Priya didn't wanted to go deeper in this, she was restless to find out about Mr.Kapoor, but wanted to speak with Vikram alone. She asked Kady for some refreshments and Vik asked for some snacks too. This give them more time to be alone.

Priya couldn't wait and play hide and seek with Vikram, she asked straight: -Vikram, where is Mr.Kapoor?

Vikram: -I don't know, he didn't called me. Knowing him probably home or office, checking what's happening since you two just came back...

Priya: -Us two!? So you know!?

Vikram caught in his words, cursing his quick mouth, but now no way out: -Yes, I know...and didn't called him for 2 days leaving you guys to have some time alone there...

Priya: -Vikram! We were on a business trip! As boss and employee, nothing more...

Vikram: -C'mon Priya, you know Ram, and besides, it's me, Vikram you are talking to.

Priya: -OK, lets leave this for now...where is he? He left without word and wont pick up the phone, he's not home, no one has seen him, I'm worried something happened to him... (Saying it in one breath, but couldn't finish the sentence...a tear rolled down)

Vikram: -Hey, hey, nothing happened to him, hi is all fine.. (hearing Kady's footsteps) ..Kady is coming, I'll find out where is he and will know by morning. Now just relax, OK? I promise.

Morning. At her desk, trying to work, but every second checking her phone, as if that way Priya would make it ring. But nothing. Knock on the door. She said come in with low voice.

Vikram coming in: -Hi. (He sit down across Priya, looking for a way to start speaking, while Priya looking at him, with eyes full of hope finally to hear some news about Mr.Kapoor) Priya...dint wanted to talk on phone, so that's why coming here... (Priya's expression changed, a glimpse of fear was visible on her face, but she kept quiet) No one knows where Ram is, even home , he called KM the morning he left your hotel probably, saying he's fine and have few more days of work and since then no word from him. In KM no one is worried or something like that, knowing he is work obsessed and they think he is still away for business. I didn't tell anything about him missing...

Priya now visibly shaken with fear in her voice too: -Vikram, do you realize what you've just told me...you promised me Vikram, I want...

A knock on the door stopped Priya from speaking more then. Rishi coming in, telling her there are some very important mails and documents she needs to see right away, not a second late. Priya not in a mood for any kind of work, but having no choice in front of Rishi, started checking the documents and mails. She looked surprised at Rishi, barely saying something like she is asked to go right away and sort the matter... In mean time Vikram waiting for Rishi to get out, was just sitting and watching. He's phone beeped. An SMS. The other two didn't even notice, busy with the work. Then phone call. He picked it up, listening to the other side and just replied: -I got it, I got it, will do the job. Rishi was convincing Priya she needs to go on this 2 days trip and sort this thing or there will be big losses for the company, while Priya was trying to get out of it. Then Vikram joined their conversation. He made Rishi go away and talked to Priya alone.

Vikram: -Priya, for what I see you really need to go. Ram will be furious if this deal fails, so do it for him. Besides, here you'll just worry and... (Vikram continued convincing Priya to go, finishing his speech with promise) Do it for him. I really, really promise to find him in these 2 days, by the time you are back, he will be here. I promise! Now chalo, I'll drop you home and while you pack I'll make all trip arrangements.

Priya all set for the trip, letting Vikram to help her and drive. She thanked him and making him realize how great friend he is. Then she just drowned her self in her thoughts, not paying attention to anything on the road. After a while she snapped of it and realized they are not on the road for airport, but far away from it, in fact, they were out of town it self! She panicked a little, but Vikram chilled her out with words like he knows what he's doing and soon they'll reach their destination. Night was falling when the car finally stopped. Priya asked what is this place and where even they are...in which Vikram replied she should go and see herself, just to follow those little lanterns by the narrow path. She got out of the car and started walking and looking around. The trees, the bushes, the flowers were giving enchanting smells. Suddenly, behind all this, a hidden cottage appeared, a fairy tale cottage, with flowers, lanterns, cheerful colors all over it. A wooden porch with swing, table for two with burning candles, playing with the little breeze and making shadows, giving even more magical look to the place. Priya was surprised, with warm feelings, but yet confused.

-Did I surprised you? Welcome to my...our new getaway. (A voice behind her. She instantly turned to find Ram, casually dressed, wearing cute smile and heartwarming look in his eyes. Her eyes filled with tears, she was overwhelmed with feelings, her heart started beating faster and faster...she didn't know, to hug him or hit him! Finally she just give in and throw herself on his chest. Ram welcomed her with open arms, wrapping them around her in tight hug, as if he is hugging the world! She removed from the hug a bit, only to hit him gently with her fist on his chest)

Priya: -You..you, how could you have done this to me! How could you just left me like that and disappear!

Ram smiling: -If I didn't how this would be a surprise? And you probably wouldn't agree to come here if I have told you in first place. Now you know, there was no other chance for us to have this time alone other way, and we do need this time desperately, we need our own time right now...

Ram would have probably continued if Vikram didn't spoke: -Can I peep in? Or should I wait for you two love birds for a while more? But, you know, I have a long drive home so...

Priya: -I'm so angry at you Vikram, you knew this too and didn't tell me? Instead of...

Vikram: -Hey, hey, I didn't know! Only in your office this morning he called me and ordered me what to do and what to tell you. So be angry only at him! BTW, you didn't have to message me too and call...

Ram: -I had to send SMS to you first, because I know you would have yelled my name and didn't know where were you, so had to warn you not to. Good thing I did! And I fooled Rishi too with that deal, haha! Now you better get lost!

Vikram: -Well, that's true. And since I'm not wanted nor appreciated here, I better hit the road... (Turning slowly to go, when he felt tight grip, almost squeezing him.)

Ram giving him bear hug: -Thank you buddy! You know...

Vikram: -Oye! *ouch* Before you squeeze all air from me, let me tell you not to try to be mushy with me, save that for your lovely biwi!
