CVs kis sadi mein jeete hai pata nhi. Boss ko koi zaroorat nhi hai , apni seat se uthke kisi bhi employee ko bulane ke liye aajyae, intercom kab use hogi , internal messengers kab use honge.

dusri baat, MD ko no need to go to the employees desk check his/her desk , he can always catch it up from the server , that to the investigation processes, because employee moral, ethic , working environment ko bhi barqarar rakhna hota hai companies ko. moreover the culprit is silently fired and sued without much of the noises in the team. CVs ko kaun samjhaaye.
