Well when the passport is with priya why didn't mr.pradhan tried taking the adress and reaching sharma's atleast through a letter? Don't you think so, this idea didn't strike to doctor aand also priya, this way he could have atleast helped priya gaining her memory back being among her loved ones.

I mean I understand that it is hard to believe some anonymous letter saying your daughter is alive lost memory n lives in Singapore, Sharma's have ignored such letter too. But what I think is kisi k bachhe jab maut k isse bahar niklte hai ya unki zinda hone ki khabar aati hai toh parents would normally give a try, however expensive or whatever wud it cost. My pov..
