Ram hasn't moved on, but he has become so used to how his life was in those seven years that now Priya is back, he is still behaving how he did in those seven years- it will take time for him to adjust too... I think that he doesn't understand Priya's insecurity because for him he's not doing anything wrong... For him Juhi is just a friend, and he just expects Priya to understand this... Because in his point of view- Juhi is his friend, who has helped him... And because he is not doing anything wrong in his eyes... He assumes Priya would be able to see this too... Because when you believe that what you are doing is not wrong, and when your heart is pure- you expect everyone else to also see that your heart is pure and conscience is clear without you having to explain it.
