TOI:Resha replaces Deepti

Balaji Telefilm's mature love story Bade Achhe Lagte Hain aired on SONY TV will soon witness a replacement on the show.

Deepti Shrikant, who is currently playing the role of Saumya, Rishab's ( Sunny Goraya) wife will be no more seen on the show and henceforth her role will be played by Resha Konkar.
Sources inform that Deepti went ahead and signed a Marathi show Mala Saasu Havi as the lead on Zee Marathi and this didn't go down well with the production house hence they decided to replace her. Resha Konkar, who is currently seen as Priya in Sahara One's Niyati will now play the role.
When contacted, Dipti said, "I am unaware about any such development all I know is that I am still a part of Bade Achhe... I haven't received any official confirmation on this and even if the production house is planning to replace me I will respect their decision. I can understand that I am currently doing two shows and managing two shows at the same time often create problems. But there is no problem from my side."
We also talked to Resha, who said, "I am extremely happy to be a part of a show like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and I am really looking forward to the show."
