I agree but then it was Priya's choice. And everyone has to bear the repurcurtions of their choices. As Ayesha chose to love Sid and in turn got alianated from everyone similarly, Priya chose to stay alone so she cant complain about that to anyone.

Guys this is my assumption

Ram can never hurt Priya and he will not take pihu from her mother. He is very angry and he is simply making priya to cry for sometime

Priya will not wait for custody papers and all but she will try to convince pihu somehow and handover her to Ram She will do this because she decided to follow whatever his decision is and also she thought of handing over pihu to Ram and going to jail.

She may get hurt but she will do it for Ram and the day she handovers pihu to Ram he will come to her (with Pihu) to take her with him
