Also if u remember, Priya who generally used to say her name while speaking doesn't use her name here. He also asks only Sudhir's name. It makes it fishy. Even before the precap, I thought why is the doc being shown in close-up. Previously it was not done like that. So he definitely has a role to play. Or he might be the person who Ram thinks his mother has fleen.
