Thanks! Actuallynkapoor had already posted this and the original "Walk to remember" scene from which Ekta copied it for Kutumb.
Looks like the leads are in a total different stage in their relationship unlike BALH! guess what? I did like BALH better! It was different because Ram does this not after knowing his wife would not be around for long but because he's on the path of realization of his love for his wife. He is just focussed on making her wishes come true!
