Perhaps, Ekta will surprise us with one more twist--that Shaqs (or whatever that ugly dude's name is) has an alterior motive for wanting Natasha's abortion--he harbors a crush on Kartik and wants to do all he can to get rid of Natasha from Kartik's life and then he'll use Ayesha to drug up Kartik and they'll have a night together. Just imagine this all. . . .
