Back from Gym.Putting on weight is actually a Cake Walk.Try loosing it n u curse every memory of the Cakes, Chocolates and Pizza ever eaten.

Squats, leg n hammer curls, lunges...boy o boy had a good workout...flip side...my legs are numb!!

Feeling lethargic, lazy n a couch potato. Gotta pull myself out of this limbo and throw it at machines at the gym. Workout time baby!!!
