Since when does Ram have 2 brothers? Didn't Niharika say she had 3 kids? Where did this new brother come from?

During a flashback when Ram's father was dying, and he pointed towards Niharika outside the hospital room (while telling Ram about her) - she had 4 kids with her - 2 boys & 2 girls - but we've never been shown the other brother!

i know one brother is siddharth. They introduced him in Tanisha's wedding where Niharika asked ram that brother has to do kanyadaan and he gets happy and then they showed siddharth.

Yes something like that was indeed shown. But now with even that bro who made his presence on and off, disappearing, really wonder the status about the 2nd bro. oh its all confusing!!
