Wasn't the show conceptualized keeping Ram and Sakshi in mind? I recall reading somewhere that Ekta put the show on backburner since Ram was unavailable.

No matter who was supposed to play .. It is who is playing the role .. I simply loved Sameer Soni as Purav in JJKN .. He was so good in BIG BOSS .. But Ram Kapoor is a good actor too .. Presently can't see any one in this role
