I second you. Priya's mom is getting on my nerves. I thought her to be evil but never ever thought she would be gold digger. I waited for three days to watch this accident scene. Here i was thinking about ram and priya's first face to face meeting and what did i get? Zero zilch. I am highly disappointed. The only saving grace of the show was the police station scene where priya fought for her father for her rights. I am glad that she dint take crap from the police guy.
Hi Shonaa - great analysis. To be perfectly honest, I knew they would not meet in Monday's episode so I was not overly bothered with that. It's just - they don't have to meet and exchange life stories so soon, but can they not even see each other?! It's feasible that if two people are at the same scene, they will logically lay eyes upon each other at least once in the "two hours" it took to resolve that scene. Can we just have one of those moments where Ram or Priya see the other, think "hmmm, he/she is nice/pretty/rude/etc" and then move on with their lives? Then when they do "MEET" in the traditional Ekta style, at least we can have some recognition between them? When their not meeting requires such contrivances as in yesterday's episode, I would much rather they met immediately. If you don't want them to meet, stop putting them in the same scene at the same time.
@Anjinie - yeah, Priya's mother was no better than those cops today; the amount of energy she wasted in engineering that scene - I'm surprised Priya didn't just drive off and leave her there. I would have been sorely tempted...😆
@Nish10 - great post! Yes, it was nice to see that Ram too has a bit of bite, but to be frank that scene in the police station was over the top. It's not as if he has been characterised as cruel from day one - some heroes are characterised like that and then the heroine "changes" him . That's not the case here - Ram is ruthless in business but it has never been without reason (so far), and for the most part his character has been very jovial, and a little awkward. I get his anger, but his actions didn't suit the character we have seen so far.
@tintiny - of course you can call me Vasu 😊 I actually preferred Thursday's ep (which many people did not like) to Monday's. In Monday's ep there were only two moments when I sat up and took notice; the others I was busy covering my ears or my eyes, depending on who was on screen 😆
