What are they talking about? Abhinav Shukla wasn't the main male lead. Do these people even know anything, or do they just call whatever love interest of the popular heroine the male lead.

If AH is expecting his screen time to be huge, it's a a mistake. This show is an ensemble show and see how the screen space is split with the characters. And if the show is thinking of giving it to him and bringing in someone as "the Male lead" it's also a mistake.
