Hey Prema 🤗 enjoyed reading your take :) agree with what you said. April 8th and 9th had lots of interesting moments. Ripped photos Nandni gave to Meera and ya it signifies how Nandini feels. Before that Nandini breaking down in front of Nuour saying she is mad to have invited Meera and shared her pain with her etc. love the performance of AG there. It was so perfect. Akhil defending and explaining to Amma Ji re : Bhiji was awesome and loved Dipika when she also said Bhiji is head of family. Shyama Akil, Niranjan jiju and Pallu di scenes are fab.

After an emotional filled 8th Apr episode, CVs showing others members thought on Ani's illigimate relationship with Meera is well delivered.

shyama and Biji got the info Ani cheated both girls. Biji feeling cheated by Ani is worth watching. he broke the promise he made to Biji. Biji was like Ani's mother. she took care of Ani. any mother will feel betrayed when her son breaks the promise.

Balraj chasing out Meera is expected because he didn't like her from day one. but the hint we got, he was aware of Ani's nature of having relationship with many girls. that is why he is saying many more will come claiming love of Ani and asking money. it also gives us clue, Balraj might have forced Ani to marry Nandini so that they will get this house which belongs to Nandini's father. Ani could be Balraj's right hand to all plans of his business. he is chasing Meera for the sake of Nandini. no he doesn't want to lose any money or name in caring this girl. and he don't want Nandini to chase Balraj out of this house.

Nupur reacting that way is no wonder. she always questioned Nandini's calmness in accepting Balraj's every rules and living without knowing about her parents. Nupur admired Meera's daring nature with Balraj. she thought of following Meera as role model to counter Balraj but she understood there should be some limitations in everything.

Meera and Nandini face to face is wonderful piece of work. Meera tries to justify that she don't have any idea about Nandini. she tried to tell Ani hide everything about Nandini the way he hide about Meera to Nandini. but her Nandini's expression for her every word was nice. Meera earlier said Ani told about Nandini. Meera told all those lies to keep Nandini happy but that will make Nandini to doubt Meera. that is also expressed with Nandini's facial expression.

the camera angle was nice. Nandini's face in front of justifying Meera. but they should have shown Nandini's face little tired like swollen eyes and shuffled hair. it will be realistic. for meera her appearance is okay.

Agastya got the info first. what will be his next action.

shyama understands Meera's pain that doesn't mean she supports her. shyma says she will die if faces situation like this. this point gives clue Nandini will run to suicide herself in the next epi.

precap indicates another emotional epi ahead for us.

who will save nandini from her commiting suicide. Biji, Akhil, Agastya, Nupur? akhil more chance to run behind her. will there any new face entry like her father or childhood friend?

Yeah, me didn't much comment on Nupur anger and how she was hurt in more ways than one. 1) Her dream of role modelling Meera shattered if this is what "freedom" does to people and ruins the lives of other people, i.e. her dear bhabhi Nandini. 2) Her bada bhaiyya turning out to be a cheat and committing adultery that she as young sis adored and revered prior to this. Like a postee said on another thread, seems Nupur has something else in store, a secret or something to be so angry and disillusioned.

Oh just saw the BigB promo ❓ What what ???? He on Meera's feet ??? I need to change my chashma or number coz couldn't believe my eyes. But the cleverness on the part of CVs, esp the editing department, did not escape my "view". Promo seems cleverly executed like a voice over, combining two different scenarios and superseding it coz the words of Meera and Balraj are NOT in quick succession.

Yeah, the hurtful expression on Beeji's face how Ani never kept his promise (in addition to 7 vachans during pheras (implied of course) and ruthlessly crushed Nandini's zindagi at this young blossoming age, was too much to take. The Nan-Ani wedding FB clearly showed how close Ani was to Beeji like a mother, as you say. So in essence Ani cheated her too and broke her heart in the process. It's clear now that being the oldest in this Asthana household, her contribution in furthering this serial is going to be paramount, in addition to N&M, and the MEANEST Balraj.

And speaking of Balraj, your concept seems logical that he might have forced Ani to marry Nandini so he can usurp her property from under her nose. Also what I found unpalatable was the way Balraj "defending" Ani's extra-marital affairs .. gosh disgusting. Oh, is it coz he is THE Great Asthana blood? Hello ????? Balrajji, here nothing is fair in love and war, mind you.

Fully agree that Nandini should have been shown all ruffled up and her hair unruly and unkempt. (Maybe she has had time to clean herself up, who knows?)

Well, AG is not going to do nothing it seems with the news coz Nan finds out TOO today. Question is, as you rightly asked, who is going to save Nandini from ending her life. Yes, will be only Akhil catching hold of her, especially since he is a cop too. Hey, you are thinking ahead of CVs, eh ?! "N running into a childhood friend, and/or her father ... good one ! 😃

Emotions are going to be portrayed glaringly by one and all, yes.

My views, April 10th, Epi 18 ...

Well well well !! What a bombastic episode and what a scandalous precap when BigB closes the study door behind all the ladies just so he can MANIPULATE Meera into staying at the house. And literally getting down on his knees, begging her to stay. Symbolism: Can a man really stoop so low??? Says, "Meera, ye sirph tumhara hi bachha nahi hai, mera bhi kuchh hai (you scoundrel 😡). Mera khoon hai ye, Anirudh ka beta, aur khoon ka rishta itni asaani se nahi toda jata (OH MY GOD 🤢)Tumhare saamne bheekh mangta hoon, Mujhe mere jeene ki wajah de do." Hey mister, it's only a matter of time before the smart city girl finds out YOUR TRUE COLORS ! Tumhari tarah uss ne bhi kachhi goliyan nahi kheli hain, mister ! 😃👍🏼 Why else would she ask the taxi driver to stay there, even when BigB orders AG to let him go and to bring M's stuff inside the house ?? Meera DAHLING, BETI, DOST, GIRLFRIEND HO TO TUMHARE JAISI !!! 👏⭐️👏⭐️👏⭐️

Me absolutely pleased with the way epi started today with AG-M convo and he informing her of her pregnancy and how she concealed such a big truth. This is 1st time really that I noticed the genuineness in his concern for her and that sooner she leaves the house, better for all concerned and her. And the fact that he did not want any more drama was a true depiction of his well-intentioned well-meaning feelings for Meera. Way to go brother ! 😃 You've earned my respect especially by escorting her out with her luggage.

Its significant to note how young Asthana girls Anuja and Rimi discussing about Meera and how much they will miss "Didi". And just when they ask why Deepika thot that M was not a good person, Sh speaking in favor of her just in time for Nandini to hear her words. Bang ! N felt even more shattered hearing the Meera-favored words from her fav bhabhi Shyama, and rebuking her that howcome she didn't understand the plight she was going thru ! 😲

Another shocker ! N becoming privy to "THE NEWS" when Dr Anamika Rastogi blurts out every possible visual scenario about M to N, and how careless today's modern girls are about their pregnancy and not taking necessary precautions and medicines, etc. And this becomes yet another start of a VERY INTENSE drama about to brew. Looks to me that this entire serial is based on the premise that the protagonist called Nandini only has One fate in store for her, and that is one shock after another, one disaster after another, one calamity after another !!! 😡🤢 All faces up towards the 2nd floor at Meera and dr's words keep echoing repeatedly in her ears. And off she goes out to finish her life followed by who else but Akhil / Nupur. The words keep echoing in her ears that "she has no reason to live any more." She falls, gets up, gets hit by a car, in other words N totally torn and understandably so, and symbolically runs over a toywala, picks up a beautiful babytoy and wont let go of it. Even sympathizing with N's predicament is by far not enough ... 😭😭😭 Ak finds her in a totally torn and crazy condition, when she keeps repeating ~ I want to diw. woh ladki preggy hai. please bhaiyya mujhe nahi jeena, mujhe mar jane dijiye."

Amma at her usual filthiness and evil mouthing when she "overhears" Sh / Beeji talking about about M's pregnancy, and how this kulta, naagin carrying Ani's illegitimate child. Amma shown pulling M down the stairs and is about to give her a big slap but Beeji, true to her upbringing and good sanskaras, forcibly holds her hands and pushes it down. SERVES YOU RIGHT, UGLY WOMAN ! 😡

In all the turmoil goings on, amma throws M out but she gets hit with BigB. Well, to make long story short, Beeji takes Balraj away from everyone ... good girl !! 😃

At this point, M all frazzled, sitting quietly on the floor, dismayed, bewildered, dumbfounded. I mean ~~ is this class acting or what ?! Me again speechless, bravo "MY" Meera !!! ⭐️👏⭐️👏⭐️👏

AG walks in and stops her from any more slurs, picks up M's luggage, totally ignores amma's filthy shenanigans and Shyama joins him in helping with the luggage.

All Meera can gather courage to say is ~~ "ho sake toh mujhe maaf kar dijiyega. maine sapne mein bhi iss ghar ka ya kisi ka bhi bura nahi chaha (1st time Pallavi/amma listening / watching intently ...)

The convo btw N and Ak when she telling him ~~ jis bachhe ko main janam dene wali thi, woh ab mere pati ki premika, uske bachhe ki maa ????" Akhil just speechless and so filled with pathos at her unbearable condition.

Scene change and entire clan outside watching Meera leave and here comes out the LEADER Asthana and stops Meera from leaving. Biji and AG shocked and cant believe his own ears and eyes at this SUDDEN CHANGE IN DEVELOPMENT ! 😲 And orders AG to let the taxi go. Meera sternly objects to that and with all the power in her eyes, says ~~ "Nahi, taxi ko rukne ko kehna." GREAT, My girl !! 👏⭐️👏⭐️❤️👍🏼🤗

The next scene is worth watching when the entire army of womenfolk (and AG) follows the LEADER and Meera to his study, while Balraj closes the door behind them. The self-respecting Meera turns her back towards Hitler.

The precap already described above and replete with even more emotional drama and scandals waiting to happen next 2 days ! Also, Ak talking to Nan ~ "If Ani was alive today, then this girl would have to leave the house, not you. Only she will leave this house, period." (Goes to show the sheer concern and sympathy the genuine brother-in-law has for his fragile innocent bhabhi, and will do anything to stop the madness going on in the mansion.)

Ok, so what remains to be seen tomorrow is whether taxi STAYS OR LEAVES. Does Hitler have the power or does a feeble looking Meera against A MAN ???? I only hope and pray that Meera DOES NOT weaken in front of the crocodile teared balraj. What do CVs have up their sleeve ? Would the story move forward if M stays or if SHE DOES NOT ????

What happens to Nandini and what move, if any, does she make ? What say, if any, do Biji / DIL / Shyama /nephews / amma have to contradict the Hitler ????

My views: April 11th, epi 19

Okay so I have depleted all my energy today writing down every single dialogue in my notebook. Why coz first I watched the entire epi in one go and was totally mesmerized and beside myself at the craftsmanship, mastery of the script / dialogues by Mitali Bhattacharya and Tanuja Chaturvedi (Hats off Ladies !!! 👍🏼⭐️👏), their execution done brilliantly by BigB and the fighter Meera 👏⭐️ Point? This POV is going to be very brief coz I ignored other duties at home for getting totally involved in today's mindblowing excellent performances by these two, and when I say me "speechless", that says it all !!!! The direction, cameramanship, editing, superb acting by ONE AND ALL, goes to show the painstaking attention and focus paid by the entire CV team to create something that I can only describe it as today's masterpiece !!!

Like predicted yesterday, BigB did use the entire arsenal of saam, daam, dand, bhed. I mean why else would an Asthana patriarch kneal down in front of an innocent honest girl whom he did not even know two days ago. But of course coz he has perfected the art of shedding crocodile tears as long as his ultimate sinister purpose, iraade and motives are served.

But 1st, the start of the epi was thought-provoking too when Ak is going to any extent trying to console Nan and succeeds in planting the seed in her ears that she is the only asli maalkin of this house and that girl is the one who has to leave this house if not already. (no, Akhil and Nandini, you 2 have the biggest surprise of your young lives waiting at the house ). Finally she realizes the truth in what Akhil's words are echoing. Brother-in-law ho to aisa !! 😃👏

The summary / synopsis of the entire almost one-sided convo btw BigB-Meera finally comes to a close when he has obviously convinced her into staying in the house, to the shock and dismay of the entire family from Biji to Nupur and everyone in between. And again like predicted yesterday, no-one HAD any say in front of the wide-eyed leader of Asthana clan.

What's going thru in AG's mind, only AG knows. Coz we aren't even sure where he thinks he stands in the context of this entire "Meera situation". Because like the precap shows, BigB has something else concocting in his mind which seems to have nothing to do with AG or include AG in any shape or form in his 1st and last decision for this "HEIR SAGA".

Biji tries to put some sense into Balraj but doesn't she already know that her words will only go to deaf ears ?! And of course sis Pallavi and Nupur most unwillingly have to follow The General's orders. Amma is made to shut up too when woh apna raag alaapana shuru karti hai about najaayaz child etc.

And what else happened in the study room btw the two can only be implied coz, against my hope and prayers, she does bow down to chacha's beseeching, hand-folding, crying, knealing down, you name it.

Ok, me itching to put the final dialogue from the mouth of BigB:when Beeji warns him that "Baldev anartha ho jayega." At this point he wipes his nakli tears, smirk on his face (coz only 3 more people in the living room ~~ Biji, amma and AG, so safe to show his "true colors") ...

Agar aaj main isse nahi rokta toh bahut bada anarth ho jata. Sab log kaan khol ke sun lo. Iss ke baad kisi ki koi baat se, bartaav se, laaparwahi se Meera ko chot pahunchegi toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga" ... pointing his index finger AUTHORITATIVELY and eyes full of domination and gumption.

Finally the precap. Lesser said the better coz it points to BIG Volcano about to burst when BigB talking to someone, seems to Meera in absentia ~~ "tum to sirph ek zariya ho mujhe mera waaris dene ka. Ek baar ye waaris aa jaye to ye "saari property" meri" ... as if implying that once the baby is born, Meera will be in the same predicament as Nandini is today just coz she lost the baby and along with it the respect that FIL was showering on her from the start of the serial, remember?

And Nandini shown arguing with FIL as to how on earth she and "that woman" can live under the same roof, she's her husband's lover, papa ??" And "papa" questioning her ~~ "tum mujhe mere mare bachhe ka vaasta de rahi ho, lekin mujhe waaris nahi de paa rahi ho ??

The man is sooo selfish, self-centered, ego-maniac, self-absorbed that he can change colors at the drop of a hat as long as HE GETS WHAT IS NEVER HIS, but he has to have it no matter what, no matter what the cost ...

Again, W&W!

As discussed elsewhere, me also thot about the connection, the coincidence to be established since M is in the 1st trimester and father has to appear towards the end of 6 months when the delivery is expected. It's all falling into place, the timeline etc. I think at that point, if hopefully not sooner, Meera will really figure out what BigB has been up to all along, a cheat, a wicked manipulator. Addressing her as "Beta Beta" was nothing but hollow empty words.

But what I dont understand, as someone posted in another thread, is why Nandini's father has to appear in the show with the money to claim the house if the house belongs to him in the first place. I may have to refresh my memory or will have to watch those early epis to know the terms of the contract, whatever. Also, why would Akhil tell Nandini that she is the "asli maalkin" if she/father didn't already own the house. So me confused. 😕😕

Again, me going to use my fav fav quote ~~ "there's many a slip between the cup and the sip", i.e. a lot is in store, a lot of masala, heartaches, mysteries, new and "badalte rishte" between now and then !! 😆😆

3 hours and 45 minutes for the weekend "cliffhanger" ?!?!?!?! 😆😃

You won't believe it but i was thinking the same yesterday, that would be a slap right in balraj's face! maybe that would happen, and meera and nandini would have united till then and would fight against balraj so he can cause no harm to the little girl, if this happens, it would be something ineresting to see ...
