they have suhag raat, aastha is wearing her same "shaadi joda" and both of they look very cute and happy...
next morning aastha and shubh goes to aastha's house for pagphere, and shubh gets some mysteious text msg from some girl name poornima, and he is shocked to see the name, and the episode ends on shubh's face...

(so i think the 14th april raaz has to do something with shubh's past, like poornima can be his ex-girl friend or maybe ex-wife)
