HI GUYS ,

like all of you , i too dont want this leap ..but we cant do much ..can we ?😕... the CV's never listen to the audience ...rakesh paswan ,earlier show bhagyavidata ...had a leap and the show soon went off air within months after the leap ...

i jus dont know why the CV'S...dont show what the audience want to see , unnecessary leap ...twist ...new characters ...unwanted drama ,prolonging issues ...soon the show looses the TRP'S
and the channel wants it to go off air ...that why more shows are going off air now a days ...
CV''S PLEASE PAY HEED TO THE AUDIENCE ,if you want the show running ,with that beein said ...the leap which will soon take place ...
lets stay positive ...as long as we get to see murli and bharti happy together

now coming to MY PREDICTION ON THE LEAP

POSITIVE

1 .murli and bharti happy mature couple ...,,romantic ..and proud parents ...of lovely NORMAL kids
2.leap starting with so kinda a party or celebration ...murli and bharti anniversary or kids birthday

NEGATIVE

1,some kind a death ceremony of one of the mamber of the family
2, guashala taking over the property ,and murli and bharti living with the rest of the family in some slum...
3,kids being innocent ,not able to accept a midget mother, bharti never ending struggle to be accepted ...
4,i think tht the CV'S have found a midget child ...and are so keen to introduce him or her in the coming leap ...

i truly wish tht they were more romantic scenes between murli and bharti ...i would die to see them ...and i hope the leap starts on a positive note...keeping my finger crossed ...

well @yaishu, all those can be possibilities...but if they drag a young midget child into this, it will just be maddening for me...enough of this exploitation...it is completely, totally and categorically
unacceptable to me.
we have seen what they have done with bharti's story, but whatever happened, happened...
now, i don't want an innocent child involved for the purposes of cheap publicity of their show...
i consider this selfish, money making tactic to promote their play...they are incapable of handling the real and sensitive issues...they shouldn't dare to take up THIS IDEA to sell in the market, when they are incompetent to show genuine sensitivity on the issue.
i will take it as an abuse and violation of all kids rights...it is a huge NO from my side...

If they show BharLi with a 'dwarf' child will that not just be playing into society's fears about this issue? That a 'little woman' WILL give birth to a 'little person' too?
And that is not the case at all! Yes, some do. But a vast majority DO NOT. They have healthy average sized babies.
So to have a 'little' son or daughter post leap really does a disservice to the cause of 'little people' to be accepted by society as being capable of all that you and I are. If BharLi have a 'little' child, the focus will be purely on the fact that he/ she is 'little'. The public will see only that and nothing else and once again we will be back to the beginning with this story.
As it is Bharti's story was messed up by CV's. Let's not have her kids story messed up too! I think they should show that it is possible to have average sized kids in this situation.
Having said that, I wonder if people in the 'little people' community might not feel that CV's are taking the easy way out by showing an average sized kid?
It is a dilemma, and one that I hope CV's don't treat as lightly as they have treated other dilemmas.

I disagree HUGELY! I want MURti to have a midget child so that the midget community is REPRESENTED not exploited as Hashbrown put it!

If Raakesh Paswan wanted to EXPLOIT then Juhi would have NEVER agreed to take on this role! So far, Juhi's presentation to the viewers and the media has been nothing but positive. So why now, dangle the exploitation rat from its ugly tail?

Let's be real here. If they have a normal kid then the midge community will say, yes, midgets have normal kids too but we want you to show the world what it feels like for a normal father like Murli to have a midget child. It is about awakening people's sensitivities not exploiting them.

And to drag "children's right" in this is outrageous! Where is this "chidlren's right" if the couple were to have a normal kid? What yaar? I am sorry, I am not attacking you for having shared your thoughts but your thought is maddening!

You are basically implying that if they had normal (according to the world) kid then NO children rights are violated. But if they were to have a midget kid then ALL CHILDREN'S RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED! Utter bakwas!

And, is it not THIS bias and unawareness that Raakesh and Bharti and in fact Juhi are fighting against? That people THINK midgets are LESS THAN what one would call an average person!

Yes, I know! That is not what you were trying to say but that is exactly what you ended up saying! Midget kids should be protected from this 'exploitation' where there is none!

Why shouldn't they have a midget kid? If one parent is black and the other is white then there is a possibility of the child to be either black or white! So why can't MURti children be either or?

Are you so afraid that Murli will reject his own midget child that you CONSIDERED to even bring up such outrageous thought like children's rights?

Hashbrown, I love you! I do. And I know you will be very upset with me for saying this but I am really seeing red right now and feel you have to know.

You are a mother. I get it. So you feel strongly about a non-issue. And writing garbage like "i will take it as an abuse and violation of all kids rights...it is a huge NO from my side." is preposterous!

You write " if they drag a young midget child into this, it will just be maddening for me...enough of this exploitation...it is completely, totally and categorically unacceptable to me. "

Why is it okay with you that they drag a normal kid through this? You think Bharti's kad will not be an issue if she gives Murli a normal kid? Or do you think that a normal kid will be in a better position to deal with kids bullying him in school for having a midget mother. As opposed to a midget kid being bullied for being a midget?

This issue is a double edge sword! There are no winners here. So please ... don't exploit a sensitive subject when the situation doesn't call for it!

And I apologize for being harsh. But your post was completely, totally and categorically enraging—to me!

@ red. The only thing I would say is, would we not just be repeating the story again? Not that I have an issue with it either way to be honest. But merely saying, as we've already seen Bharti's father was a normal father who dealt with having a midget child.
Having said that, there is no reason why it can't or shouldn't be repeated. It happens in life.
It will be interesting to see what CV's do here.

ok cheznazi, hold on! i have to do some serious talk with you. for that you should be sane, not out of mind...i can have a discussion with you for as long as the language is controlled...i don't accept words like "utter bakwas" and "writing garbage"...please mind your language...
in order to have some constructive and meaningful discussion, it is very important to have proper language in here...but i am sorry to say that i have never seen any thing so outrageous as this post..

the irony of the whole situation is that my viewpoint and yours are the same when it comes to people who have shortcomings because we believe that they are the downtrodden ones by the society, be it kids or adults...you have blown things out of limits... you are not suitable to be a forum member...

i really regret to write all this because cheznazi was a very good friend of mine...and this thread has become a battle ground which is deeply hurting. we have lost all civility, and taken away the rights of others to have a decent and meaningful discussion on a public forum.

to the rest of the forum members:

i would like to take this opportunity to say something on this matter.

firstly, i fully believe that every child is important in the world, be it rich or poor, black or white, healthy or diseased, normal or challenged...THEY ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL AND EQUAL FOR ME IN EVERY WAY...

secondly, should we talk about sensitive issues? YES...WE SHOULD!

my point was driven from the realization, if they could handle these sensitive issues??
the answer is, NO...because they do not have the knowledge and the depth to show the real issues, that are sensitive too. they give wrong information, wrong knowledge to the masses over these issues, which are detrimental... the idea behind my post was that the folks responsible at BAVD can not take up the big challenge of showing a midget child and his/her real life problems. we have seen only yesterday, what they did to a very sensitive bharti/murli 'intimacy issue'...so my question to myself was, could they handle it? the answer was, NO...

when the play started, juhi and rakesh were in it. it was rakesh's idea and was made a reality by juhi...so they have been here from the begining. so why would i start watching the show?
it was simply because i always applauded their efforts. how could a close friend not know this?? didn't she know how i felt on the issue??

my very presence here at the forum is a proof of my sincerity to the show and the cause behind it. i have been campaigning for it..don't need certificates for it...so how can some one reach to the conclusion that i have "outrageous thoughts"...

i simply felt that they were going to show a midget child for the sake of a story, as we were discussing the leap...and why a leap now? just to sell the story...to sell the story, they need TRPs, and what could be a better TRP selling story then to start a midget child story...i felt it an insult to that child, not because that i wouldn't love him to be there, but because of their ulterior motive of increasing their trps...i truly felt disgusted and ashamed as a human being for another human being...
i have written every where, in all the threads that bharti and murli are together in it, whether their child is normal or a midget...then how can a person be blamed for who she is not...and a friend blaming 'someone' like that is completely, totally and categorically unacceptable to me.

I knew my post would be upsetting. I told myself, walk away, don't reply - but as I have said all along, I am reactive, angry and stubborn - just like Murli.

Your post was not clear. You have to admit it wasn't. In my heart I knew what you were saying— "you weren't" and that is why I said you are 'implying'.

Anyways—challo - bygones!

PS - I thought utter bakwas was a polite way to say 'whatutalkingaboutwillis?" 😆

@Rakhie - I would not be surprised if the writers decide to take an easy way out of this and have Bharti miscarry.

I think, by leaping to 7 years or 20 years as originally planned, Raakesh was trying to re-enact the scene he witnessed in real life which gave him the idea for this show.

I think that Raakesh was trying to leap 20 years where Mridang's son is going to disrespect Bharti and push her because he is taller than her.

I really don't see what kind of a future Raakesh is going to give Murli & Bharti with such a huge leap. What are they going to do in 7 years, which they can't right now?

The 20 year leap explains "the end of" MURti. Hence, the end of this show - and maybe that is where we are headed - out the toob, along with the TRP and ratings.

Someone, PLEASE let me know if Vikrant is in any other show after BAVD because I normally don't catch Indian programs.

I wonder what Juhi will do. Aisa moka baar baar nahi ata! I guess she will go on and finish her studies to become Dr. Juhi Aslam, pediatrics doctor!

As for us ... naghme, shikwe, kisse, baatein leke yaadein bana lenge! I will miss hashrown, addicted and rakhie a lot! I really think of you as my friends!

Yes hasbrown behena I will miss you!
