Your post is very impressive. You have said everything what I have felt with my heart after watching the show. One important thing which I came to know is its Sudhir Sharma show, wow bas Naam hi kaafi hai. I am huge fan of Sudhir ji and his show NBT season 1 and 2 amazing.

Baawre connects with the hearts of every human feelings in different situations of life.

The show has class with the characters. 👍🏼

Thank you :-)

Yes I believe Sudhir Sharma was working on this show towards the end of NBT2 and it's been in development for a long time...went through many casting changes as well.

Great Post. Agree with you about this uniquely different and soothing show.

The poetry , the setting in Lucknow and the language all touch your heart wonderfully.

The narration and his quiet voice is very comforting.

Love the show.

I used to LOVE Na bole tum during its initial phase. The show just slipped after that. Season 2 was a disaster!
🤢

That's the problem with most shows. They start reasonably well and then the trps come in and the shows become so formulaic! I just hope they let this one just be and go on slowly.

I love the Lucknowi andaaz in the show. It's everywhere. in the dialogue, in the narration... like a character. A living, breathing thing. It's a part of the story, every bit as much as Nikumbh and Yamini, or Azam or any of the other characters. It's so refreshing to see the setting being integrated into the story.

You are so right about the show probably never becoming mainstream. I just hope that the show garners enough trps to sustain itself.

😊

Love how you put this...yes the Lucknowi andaaz is truly a living, breathing thing in this show...I guess it helps that Neelesh Misra himself is from this area and having creative supervision in his hands, he can incorporate the elements realistically...It comes across the most to me actually in the bits when Neelesh is narrating the story or in Nikumb's interactions with various people...be it Azam or that Nawaab saab...I love that they added in a character about the remnants of the Nawaabi glory from this city of Nawaabs.

I'm not sure how much TRP a show of this sort will manage to garner cuz the narrative style will appeal to a very niche audience...most people like more typical narrative styles...there is actual artistry and layering in this narrative style that I have a feeling will fly over the minds of the general audience...anyways let's see how it goes...
