gullel speaks good english?

i just wanted to point out that how could gullel know such good english when hes been born and brough up on the streets... i mean to say that i dont think he went to school or something... and most street kids dont know how to read or write or speak proper english so i was wondering if this is a blunder or there is a story behind gullel that is going to be revealed later on....
