Hi!

I can help you with the picture taking tool question as I also have the same version of Movie Maker... Other than that I'm sorry but I don't make siggy's so I wouldn't know... Anyway... So here's what you do...

1) Import your video...

2) Play the video to the part you wanna take a picture of and pause it

3) Click on 'Tools' and scroll down to 'Take picture from Preview'

4) Save the picture to your desired location

5) Repeat steps 2-4 if you wanna take multiple pictures

Its a long process 😆... But its the only way...
