okyy.. so yeahh, i sortaa need a bit of help.. anyways, i use paint shop pro.. but ive got photoshop as well.. anwys, i wud like to noe how in the followingg picture.. how priyanka chopraz photo wuz outlined with that dashedd border.. and in the next photo.. the amisha patel one.. where i can get that notepad texture.. also, how the picturz were seperated with that curvevdd line..
if u can help me.. instead of callin me a noob n walkinn away.. i wud really appreciate it.. im a beginnerr.. so yeahh really need help
